Lighthouse Suites - Best Western Signature Collection - Hotel in Emerald Isle - 216 Islander Dr, USA

We booked our stay at the Lighthouse Suites last minute to attend the Dueling Pianos at 77West this past weekend (which by the way was a BLAST and highly recommend!!). From making our reservations to checking out, Diana and Mary were so accommodating and welcoming! The room was clean, cozy, fresh, and well appointed. The continental breakfast area was very clean and had plenty of delicious offerings. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and all the laughs!! Thank you and in the words of the Terminator.... "We will be back"!! :)

Best Stay in Emerald Isle This has become our home away from home. The rooms are light, airy and comfortable. Located steps away from the beach and shops! Now about the service - this is one of the the best is southern hospitality. Diana and Mary will take very good care of you - trust me! They are very friendly and really strive to make your stay perfect. They are simply good people ❤️ Yes, there are plenty of things to do and great restaurants, food trucks, beach concerts, etc. but the best is to just relax and enjoy your stay. Kindness goes a long way!

My husband and I came out just the two of us for a short trip to refresh our batteries. I collect points with various hotels and Best Western is on my list. I was thrilled to find the rave reviews and great ratings for the Lighthouse Inn. The experience did not disappoint. Room was spotless, the king ‘Mama Bear” bed was right on point for me but a bit too fluffy for hubby. Loved meeting Diane and chatting with other guest at breakfast. We were close to everything we had planned to visit and enjoyed “Surf’s Up” I had the fried grouper and it was delicious with a view of the ocean view and a nice walk on the pier after dinner to boot! Thank you front desk guy for the recommendation! Only thing I would say for the stay to be pure perfection for me would be the outdoor pool be heated in the fall. We will return and recommend to friends and family.

I am really pleased with this stay! BW may be a budget hotel, but this felt like a boutique spot. It was relatively small overall, but the rooms were a great size. Ours had two TVs, microwave, small fridge, couch, accent chair and renovated bathroom. I’ve paid more for hotel rooms that were *far less* nice. We only stayed one night, but it was a really nice getaway. ||Everything looked clean, the breakfast was small but had a good number of options and the staff was friendly. It’s also about a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute drive from the pier.

The bed is so comfortable! Everything was wonderful. But the best part was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Any time I had a question, the staff was so happy to help. One of the staff even remembered me from my last visit! I liked that.|The facility was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast offerings were great!

Stayed for one night in early October to break up our trip from Scotland to New Bern.|Check-in easy with excellent service from Diane.|Loads of parking spaces. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was self-service but did the trick.|Location excellent as only 5-10 mins walk from the beach.|10-15 mins walk in the evening found a good pub (Bar 1957) for a few relaxing drinks.|Only regret was not staying at the Lighthouse Suites a little bit longer...will be our first place to go if/when we return to Emerald Isle.|Finally, big thanks to Diane. Wonderful happy personality. The world would be a better place if it had far more people with Diane's infectious positivity.

Nice, clean rooms and extremely polite staff. We were welcomed with a thoughtful handwritten note and bag with waters and snack in our room. Room was a suite with sitting area separated from bedroom. Coastal decor perfect the location. Breakfast options included pastries, yogurts and even microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Small hotel but very nice.

Cute, quaint place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Mary, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to help us stay another night (we had to switch rooms)! Jackie cleaned second room first so we could go straight into room without having to move our belongings out to the car until official check in time. Jackie was very pleasant and accommodating! We will be coming back in the summer to stay again. Highly recommend this place!!!!
