We absolutely LOVE the Lighthouse Jetty. The lighthouse is beautiful, and they do tours all the way up into it. There are TONS of starfish all over the rocks, insane amounts of little crabs that are all different colors, and a beautiful landscape. We spent almost two hours here just looking at all of the ocean life and walking around. It is absolutely beautiful and so much fun! Keep in mind that the last tours that they give are at 4:00pm.
Wide jetty, great for a long stroll along the water. Nice shots of the lighthouse at sunset. If you walk further down the jetty then I did, you can get a shot with a sunstar I think behind the lighthouse.
I wish they put a second rope on the other side to make me less scared. I was so scared during king tide that I ran across the wet parts where the tidal spray comes up. Otherwise very cool to get to the end and see the dolos stacked up. Longer walk than I thought.
So cool! A must do if in the area! Some cool climbing too if your careful and adventurous!
Amazing place to walk, run, fish or just explore. Closed to traffic, very wide and safe. Easy parking and access. Great photography walk.
Cool jetty to walk on. I like that they have a guide line on one side, in case epic waves try to wash you off. The graffiti is disappointing though. It's great they have a few interesting signs about the place.
Beautiful views and interesting educational material. We saw lots of local birds including oystercatchers from the top. We also saw otters swimming in the ocean. There are lovely flower gardens around the light house. The tide pools are so fun to explore around as well.
This place is bonkers. It is a scene out of a dystopian horror film when the fog rolls in. The Jetty is apparently super dangerous if a sneaker wave appears. Deadly in fact, so enter at your own risk. Then film your sci-fi horror movie.

Honestly walked in not expecting much from this place. Wanted just a quick burger and some fries. However, not only did i receive one of the best burgers i had in this long road trip of mine but also had awesome sweet potatoe fries and onion rings. T
This is a premier surf shop, with a personable, professional, and highly-informed staff. In short, the Local Boys Surf & Skate Shop is pure local Nor Cal stoke, and a higher recommendation is simply not possible for me & my family to give
Stunning scenery and great trails! Beautiful clear stream at the bottom. Road is not equipped for campers, however we did see some smaller RVs that had made it to the Old Grove area.
I wish I had discovered this place sooner! I went for a late lunch and was surprised by the service and the food. The service was amazing and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your time there. And the food was happy food da
A really nice place to stop on our drive into the redwoods. A really busy beach, with lots of campers set up. The weather was really chilly in July so come prepared!
Now I can say I slept with horses in an old corral. (It was grassy.) With a picnic table, potable well water spigot, plenty of space between neighbors, I couldn't have had a better place to pitch a tent on July 4. Fireworks exploded for hours. I did
A must stop when in town. Get cheese right at the factory and if youâre lucky you might get fresh cheese curds made that day. Creamy cheese selections and plenty of picnic or gift options.
The food was incredible!! There was so much food and it came quickly. We were both full by the end of our meals I had the quesadilla, and it was loaded with cheese, and the shredded beef and pork were delicious. The burrito was also incredible. The b
Found this place on a whim and was not disappointed. This place was fantastic with fantastic food. Service, and atmosphere. A historical mom & pop restaurant which means you are getting food made from scratch with a family recipe.
