Beautiful views. Great ambience. Delicious food. Giving one less star for selection of menu options. Also it seemed very overpriced for the food. However I'd still come back because of the views and the great service.
Big assortment of items, self checkouts, more expensive, so pre-plan before you come up to the lake. Took the pharmacy an hour to do one prescription for my mother.
Tahoe Gal was a wonderful experience
The only Safeway in Tahoe City, but one of two grocery stores. Available parking in the mall; self checkout is actually by the front windows, so you walk past the regular checkstands. Usually stocked well enough to get your first or second choice.
Located right on the lake with a lake trail in back. Lake Tahoe adds magic to everything!
Safeway is good. Cvs staff great. Post office short staffed like everywhere....but their people are awesome.
Based on my winter visit - Lovely beach to let the kids play and adults to have a chat. Only frustrating part is some of them letting their pets play, pee and poop in the sand where kids also play. Scenic to take photos as well. I cant wait for summer visit to swim.
