Such a cute dessert place. Very quality puff:) my friend and I ordered ube cheesecake cream puff and the strawberry cream puff. Both are baked to the right crispness and softness. The filling is “explosive,” not too sweet, with the right amount of cheesecake taste. Texture is super smooth. They offer so many nice dessert options and we’d love to visit again:)

I have never been to this place, even though I have lived in Orlando for eight years. So I finally stopped by and tried their pumpkin spice latte. Their baked goods look delicious and amazing, but I didn’t have time to try one. I definitely will next time, because I will be coming back. The place is built for entrepreneurs and remote workers, because there are a little single booze with a comfy seating, and a small table, just right for a laptop and a drink and maybe a small plate.

Light on the Sugar is a very popular, chic spot with several offerings of Lattes, Teas, and absolutely amazing Pastries. I don't go there as often as I'd like because despite the name, there's quite a bit of sugar. Lol. The lattes are probably the least intriguing, but they do offer unique varieties and it's nice to try something different for the other coffee shops. But for this place, it's all about the pastries. In all of Orlando, you'd be hard pressed to find pastries that compare. My favorite is the cream puff. So good. I really enjoy the Ube cream puff, although I often forget then name, so I just ask for the purple one. Note, bring a few to friends or coworkers, although it's pretty busy inside, you'd be an instant hit with anybody you buy a pastry for.

First experience at Light On The Sugar BakeryCafe today and I will say we were overwhelmed by the beauty, color and joy of their bakery display case. We chose the Ube Cheesecake Crepe Cake slice ($8.50) and the Tiramasu Creme Puff ($4.95) and we ordered an iced Mocha ($5.25) and a hot Taro Latte ($5.50). We’ve never had Ube nor Taro so these were new discoveries and we really enjoyed them both. The Ube Cheesecake Crepe Cake was very light in flavor and feel and we really liked it. The Tiramisu Creme Puff was everything you may imagine it to be, and we enjoyed it. The Taro Latte had a very nice taste and we would order it again. The Mocha Latte was the only thing we didn’t care for. I like a dark chocolate for my Mocha and this one was too syrupy tasting and too sweet for my taste. Mind you when I want chocolate, 70% cacao is the sweetest I enjoy. The staff is friendly and the dining room is charming, comfortable and light. This is most definitely a place we recommend.

WOW, I gotta get that out first. This bakery is so delicious and their selection is so unique and I enjoyed every bite. The staff are very nice and helpful. Each bakery costs $7.50 and it’s worth every stinking penny! Strawberry Shortcake: 5/5 Creme Brulee: 4/5 Cookies N Cream Crepe Cake: 3/5 Watermelon Limeade: 3/5 Cookies N Cream Latte: 4/5 It was so good and I’m definitely coming back! Such a cute bakery and selection is out of this world!

My husband and I came here for the first time today, and really liked everything. We got the pistachio dark chocolate tart, crème brûlée puff, hojicha latte, and pistachio latte. Everything was delicious and not overly sweet. The dark chocolate in the pistachio tart was perfect, and the top had some pistachio butter 🤤. I loved the caramelized sugar on top of the crème brûlée puff. The hojicha latte had the perfect roasted flavor. The pistachio latte was sweet and flavorful. We will definitely be back to try more. I went for a second time and got the taro latte with matcha, and Ferrero rocher cream puff. Both were delicious, and the cream puff was super creamy. It tasted just like a ferrero rocher. Update: I have now been here multiple times, and have tried almost all of the cream puffs. My favorites are the matcha white chocolate, and ube cheesecake. Light on the Sugar is my favorite bakery in the Orlando/surrounding area. It’s the best!

The dessert is wonderful! Especially the creme brûlée and the strawberry short cake. The cashier was so friendly and nice and cared enough to ask if the dessert has alcohol or gelatin in it. Would definitely come back

🌟I’m surprised by how good their cream puffs and crepe cake taste! Definitely a good dessert place to go if you are visiting Orlando. Have tried the strawberry, matcha and ube flavored ones and each was stuffed fully with thick/heavy cream inside. Each has its own unique taste, not too sweet but soft and creamy (better to keep them cool) Ube doesn’t taste as strong as the other ones • For their drinks, I tried the brown sugar latte and taro latte. Both taste just fine like regular iced latte with a smooth texture. Good fit with the desserts but not worth it if you just want a drink
