Light on The Corner - Coffee shop in Lima - 202 S Woodlawn Ave, USA

Loved discovering this gem in Lima. The location feels odd, as it's off a main street and sits among houses on a corner. Any expectations you have fall away from the moment you walk in. It's comfortable, welcoming, quaint, friendly, and a great place to patron. We enjoyed a delicious hot coffee, an iced coffee, a homemade quiche, and one of the moist scones I've ever eaten. Both were delicious, and I'd go back for both. The staff, however, will make your visit worth it. So incredibly friendly. They are HAPPY you are there and so welcoming. They actually are invested in making sure you enjoy your visit. They even add a little extra and offer you a weekly Bible verse on a small piece of paper, if you choose to accept it. If you are looking for a small gift (a different type of coffeeshop gift card, candles, dish towels, faith-based books), want to sit and read a book off their bookshelf in the sitting area, or just want to sit and sip a coffee or eat a light snack, I highly recommend Light on the Corner.

Perfect in every way! From the moment you step in the experience and products are top notch! The staff are extremely polite, kind, and helpful. The quiche and peach salsa are my absolute favorite, oh well, their scones are off the charts delish too! The coffee and teas are always wonderful. Great girls day spot to chit chat, do a little shopping and take home a loaf of fresh baked bread! Highly recommend this little gem!

I liked this little spot tucker away in a neighborhood. The baked goods are to die for! They have coffee scones and a small lunch menu. The chicken salad sandwich was okay but I've had better. I'd eat it again though, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. However, the scones are to die for and I would go out of my way for them. Friendly service and wonderful atmosphere.

A Holmes county atmosphere in with cozy little setting. Wonderful environment for meeting friends for tasty coffee. Welcoming staff creates warmth. Food is fresh baked without additives. My favorite in Northwest Ohio!

Cinnamon rolls that literally melt in your mouth and quiche that is made to perfection. Staff was super friendly.

I seriously recommend this place to anybody in the area! We went on a Saturday morning and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and kind and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. The food was amazing and my family will definitely be visiting again soon!

This is my favorite place in town. Mrs Carol (the owner) is so sweet and always greets me by name with a smile. She makes the best pastries in town, nothing compares. The raspberry scones are the best I have ever tried.

This little bakery is a Lima gem! Fantastic scones and cinnamon rolls! Staff is very friendly and store has a nice little patio for outside dining.
