I have given my music Keyboard for service they kept for a month and half no response finally I called they said they saw a dead cockroach so they can’t fix them. It’s totally unacceptable to kept my keyboard in a storage for a month and half and giving the statement. But the truth is they don’t know how to fix it that’s all the guys don’t know how to fix it so they just cooked up a story 😄. I ask for a note they refuse to give. Please stay away from this place they accept and charge you $39.00 even they fix it or not . And shows like busy and ends up with higher pricing .

ZERO STARS! RUN - DON'T WALK - RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Asurion needs to cancel their agreement with this so-called service center. Asurion had me send my smartwatch here for repair, and THREE TIMES they returned it as "Fixed." It is NOT fixed. The 2nd time they even claimed that they replaced the broken component. They DID NOT. The 3rd time it was sent in just to request a refund - not to do a repair - but they sent it back with their same "fixed" story. I've escalated this with Asurion. Will also submit to the Better Business Bureau. After my experience and reading other reviews, I believe someone should call the police to investigate this place. Seriously.

needed to recycle flatscreen TV. Called for appointment. Always call for an appointment. Nice person answered made appointment for next day. got there next day on time and another nice person came out to my car with a cart and picked up the TV. easy, friendly and I didn't have to wait a year for my town's next recycling event. Thanks.

Scammers. They buy good products and return old defective ones back for refund. Alas current state of e-commerce return policies of decision makers like eBay, Amazon, PayPal, Square and most credit card issuers, make this possible even if not piece of cake anymore. e-commerce still works mostly due to honesty and this is exactly what those guys did not show to my business when they returned all and used part in exchange for the new one I sent. Stay away or at the very least do not take my word and search online for other reviews of the same vendor.

I recently had them repair a QSC Touch mix 16 audio mixer. I was very pleased with their service. I had repaired an issue with the board myself and ran into an issue with one of the internal ribbon connectors. The repair took less time than i was originally told. The technician called me to explain what he had done. Very good communications, good quality work, and reasonable prices. They were nice to deal with.

Sent in a my laptop to be repaired, the backlight on the screen was broken, but the laptop was otherwise fully functional and would output to an external display. They kept my laptop for 2 or 3 months with no communication before I finally contacted them to see what was taking so long. They said the laptop needed a new main board, (which it DID NOT as of when I sent it in) and that they couldn't get the part. They offered to send it back, and when I finally got the laptop back it was completely dead. Wont power on, wont output to a display, wont spin the fans. I can only conclude that they killed the board somehow. What kind of repair shop sends a device back in worse shape than they receive it in?

Performs refund scams and similar on eBay under the username "lifetime1955". Do not perform any business with this company and cancel any sales on eBay if they attempt to buy.

BUYER BEWARE: Shady Business!! I work for a small Ebay business that sells mostly used electronics. We are a top rated seller which means we offer free shipping to the buyer and free 30-day returns for any reason. This company (Lifetime Service Center) has bought numerous items from us and returned ALL of them. When we looked them up and saw they were a repair company it made sense (customer's change their mind all the time). A red flag popped up when an Ebay buyer said we sent them the wrong item (2 months after it was delivered). The red flag was because if we mix up orders, someone else would have gotten the wrong part as well. They sent us a photo of "what we sent them" vs what they ordered. Turns out, we did send out both items that day... both items went to different Ebay buyers AT THE SAME LOCATION - Lifetime Service Center. The kicker is that the "wrong item" was refunded already because they changed their mind and we didn't want to pay return shipping on a cheap item. To sum it up, they had both of our items, got a full refund for 1, and tried to say we sent them the wrong part to get another refund. Since then, we've monitored what they have bought from us and every item they ever bought has had a return open (which means we're paying double the shipping on all of it). I don't know what scam they are pulling with their customers, or us, but we have since blocked them from purchasing anything further from our Ebay store. Use caution with this business!!
