I’m so grateful I found Life Cycle Studio. I feel confident and committed in my fitness journey due to the incredibly passionate owners and instructors at the studio. The classes are motivating and extremely fun. Everyone in the community encourages one another. Happy to have finally found a place that excites me to exercise!

Went looking for a way to break out of my workout slump…somehow became a 5:30am, cheering during class, stretching after a week of classes girlie. What I didn’t expect to find was a community of accepting and wonderful people. The workouts? Great! The space? Clean and functional. The trainers? Hilarious, motivating, and know what the heck they are doing. If you’re looking for something new, or looking for a place to start—this would be the place.

LifeCycle has quickly become a second home for me since I joined a few months ago. Moving to the area I was looking to find a community that could motivate me, push me to be a better version of myself, and (most of all) make working out not feel like a chore. Lifecycle has gone above and beyond in that. I feel so uplifted everyday when I walk through the doors. The instructors are great at getting to know you and making you feel welcome. But, best of all, Alyssa and Emily make the studio really shine in just the little details that show how much they care for their clients. My first cycle class they started handing out cool towels after cooldown and I was like *gasp* what is this luxury?! From the bottom of my heart could not recommend this studio more.

LifeCycle is an incredible studio with a variety of classes to fit your health goal needs! They have the perfect class times and their instructors are knowledgeable, inspiring and ensure you have fun while kicking your butt! I am so happy to have found this family and can't wait to continue my fitness journey with them!

Never thought I could be a 5:45am workout kinda girl...turns out I can be at LifeCycle! I'm about a month into classes and couldn't be happier with the instructors, especially Bethany and Jamie. Great studio with high caliber classes, makes the early start worth it! Try the two week discounted trial and you will be hooked.

Life cycle is an amazing studio! The instructors are so welcoming and uplifting. The community of people here are positive, friendly, and extremely wonderful to be around.

I just recently started going to LifeCycle and I LOVE it! I was hooked from my first class. It is so motivational, I always leave feeling inspired. It is a great workout and all the instructors have their own wonderful style. HIGHLY RECOMMEND even if you don’t think you would like cycling.
