Life Time Work - Coworking space in Ardmore - 40 E Montgomery Ave, USA

This past Friday I had my very first Administrative Assistant retreat with a good friend. We initially set out to host the event out of the country. But sometimes simplicity is key. With that, we looked into co-working spaces, and landed at Life Time Work in Ardmore. Ms. Valerie Allen, the Life Time Work manager was AMAZING! She hosted a tour for us, and with the information she had about our day, recommended Conference Room A. It was close to the roof top, which allowed for us to take breaks when needed. When the day arrived, we were able to get in a few moments early to setup, and Ms. Allen had everything from water, and a few snacks to get us through the day. She was there if we had any questions, which were few. Overall, you can tell she loves what she does, and that serving is her gift. The facility was nice, and had all the amenities you could need for a full day retreat. The location was perfect because there is free parking, restaurants nearby for lunch, and a great place for a walk. We loved it!

Life Time Work is my home away from home. I have been a co-working tenant and used many other spaces over the past few years, and my time and daily experience here is vastly superior to all of them. The case goods and design are first class. Will, Ashley, Lisa and Paige are all exceedingly friendly, helpful, and most of all fun to see each and every day. The monthly events are a mixture of informative and playful. The other community members are respectful and gracious and I have made great contacts and friends since being here. I can't imagine my work day without Life Time Work!

Lifetime Work is an excellent work environment. We have been using Lifetime Work since it opened in 2018. The space is well appointed. The facilities are well maintained and spotless. The staff are excellent and helpful. The tech desk is very knowledgeable. The conference rooms offer everything we need for successful meetings. Our clients are always impressed by the pleasant staff and surroundings. Lifetime Work offers everything our wealth management firm needs to thrive in a comfortable environment with a community feel. The cafe downstairs is super convenient and being able to easily access the gym is idea for anyone with an active lifestyle. The outdoor deck is a great alternative workspace during warmer weather. Life Time Work is everything you think it will be, but much more. The first thing to stand out is the staff - they are truly the best! They are friendly and always ready to help. The environment at the gym and the office space is terrific. As soon as you get off the elevator at Life Time Work, you notice how beautiful the space is, the soothing scent, the busy coworkers and the professional atmosphere. Every area is clean, comfortable & well-thought-out. I especially love the rooftop deck! A++ all around!

I keep coming back! The staff is amazing- so helpful and encouraging- keeping me accountable for daily workouts! Will, Ashley and Lisa make sure members maintain a work life balance with organized mixers/mingles, group fitness opportunities, professional speaker series and enjoyable and clean spaces to work and recharge. I also love the member community - so approachable, generous and mindful of space and noise. It’s nice to see such a diverse group of professionals!

I've been at Life Time Work for 2+ years. My company went completely remote during Covid and I was relegated to working at home. As a person that has been going to work for 30+ years, it caused me to be unproductive and lose all sense of routine. Life Time in a word is amazing! It has all the things I love about an office, except no office politics at all! We are all professionals working for ourselves or a company, but with out the company gossip. It has all the features of an office and I not limited in any way. I found my permanent home:)
