Best was the steak skirt! Ambiance was great! Price on the higher side so value is 4 star but service is superb!!!! Chicken was also great BUT note that it'd take about 30 min. :) Had a great time!
Food was so delicious and rich. I especially liked the crab cake. Of the options we had, the food had the right amount of flavorful spice/heat without losing the flavor. Our waitress Christina was so professional, kind, and knew the menu very well. She helped me pick some options without dairy. We will definitely be returning
Just popped in on a cold Saturday and had this amazing cocktail La Gran Guerra. Bartender brought a little cup of soup that was delicious! Can’t wait to taste my takeout 😎😎😎
This is probably my favorite restaurant in the area, hands down. Service is great and the food is remarkable. The grilled octopus is out of this world. I'll just let the pictures talk. Highly recommend.
Best breakfast I have ever had in the States. I pictured myself in some far-away, sunny Latin location, near water and sand. Between the music and meeting the real-life Siri, the food was spectacular. I had the Pan De Avo and it was spectacular. No toast or potatoes (keep the carbs low!) but a healthy slice of ciabatta bread with a mashed avocado and poached eggs with mixed greens. I normally don't think of salad with breakfast, but it was the perfect compliment and mixed together created a welcomed celebration of flavors in my mouth. I highly recommend (make reservations for Sunday) and will definitely return. Bon Appétit!!
Made a reservation because we had a show at the theater across the street. The food was phenomenal! We first started with the Queso de Cabra & Patatas con La Huancaina. Of the 2 the queso was my favorite. The sauce had the right bit of heat & with the goat cheese they complimented each other. We finished with the Camarones & Flautas. Both were large portions for a tapas restaurant. The blue polenta was cooked perfectly & my husband even liked the shrimp! We accompanied our meals with a glass of Malbec & Carmenere & ordered the La Dragona but I’ve confirmed I don’t like mezcal so our waitress had another drink made right away. Great place for a date night! We’d love to come back if on the north side again. Compliments to the chef!
Such a cute, dim lit environment. All staff is super nice and will make you feel welcomed and remembered. The food always tastes fresh and cooked with the best intention. One of my favorites for a date night or birthday!
Food is unique and service is great, but overall a little pricey. We sat indoors and the smell of frying oil was intense, stayed on our clothes long after we left. The selection of wine was disappointing. We enjoyed trying pulpo and empanadas. Yuca fries were too dry so we couldn’t swallow it. Carne asada was not that special. I recommend ordering different appetizers rather than ordering expensive entrées.
