I bought the $8 promo week and was hooked after the first 2 classes. ANGELA is the best. So personable and is great at motivation to get the class done!! I love the open gym Fridays. They take the guess work out of what to do. It's written on the board and there's also a trainer going around demonstrating the moves. This place is great for beginners and also for intermediate gym rats! I love not having to figure out what to do at the gym. And there's parking!! Win win!!

By far my favorite class-based gym I've ever been to! Very down to earth and welcoming place. Several classes offered each day make it super easy to squeeze into a busy schedule, and the classes change daily so you never get bored. The trainers are excellent, always providing modifications for exercises, pushing you while also encouraging you to respect your body. Definitely a judgment-free zone. My favorite part is the trainers don't motivate by using any body-negativity tactics, it's all about getting stronger and challenging yourself. I'd recommend this gym to anyone!

Liber8 is an awesome and inclusive space for people of all ages and fitness levels. All of the trainers are motivating and kind and I love all the different types of classes they offer throughout the week! Pricing is reasonable, but the connections you’ll make with yourself and others by going to Liber8 are priceless. 10/10 rec!

I'm so sad that I don't live in San Diego anymore because if I did, I'd still be going to this amazing gym! An amazing place with a great variety or workouts! Was a huge fan of the HIIT Yoga and Activ8 (circuit training)! The members of Liber8 are always so sweet and welcoming, and I made so many great friendships while getting in an awesome workout. Plus, they do community workouts like beach circuits and local scavenger hunts! Highly recommend checking out this gym!

When I moved to San Diego 9 months ago, I was looking at gyms in the area on google maps and stumbled upon Liber8fit that had 5 star reviews. I decided to give the two week trial a try and since then I have been hooked! I am a travel nurse and even with my inconsistent scheduling, I try to show up 3-5 times a week. The trainers here make it so easy to stay motivated and disciplined. I have never felt or been this strong in my life! I will for sure be very sad when I eventually have to leave San Diego and I’m not sure if I’ll find another gym like this one. Shout out to Angela and the trainers!

I found Liber8 through its glowing google reviews, and I can’t recommend the gym highly enough. Angela has created the most welcoming environment; the classes wipe you out but you always feel like everyone in the class is in it together and rooting for each other. I feel so much better starting my day off with a Liber8 class, and Sunday’s stretch is the perfect way to ward off Sunday scaries.

I love this place. The workouts are well constructed and easy to adapt to any skill level. Angela and the other trainers take time to get you stretched, warmed up and cooled down. I've been going for about six months and have seen great progress. They offer everything from dumbbell, kettlebell, bench press, TRX, rowers, bikes and more, depending on the workout of the day. It's a welcoming environment without a bunch of Meatheads hogging the mirror and flexing for themselves. Definitely recommend if you are interested in strength training and circuit workouts.

I've been going to Liber8Fit for a year now to primarily stay in shape on those days when I can't surf. I've seen significant improvements in my overall fitness, strength, and endurance. It's a very supportive community, with tough, challenging, fun and versatile workouts that are suitable for all levels. The workouts, community, and the overall vibe have made it into my weekly routine and I am always looking forward to go!
