I like to think of myself as an A/V expert and did until I met Jamie and the group at Liaison. I had multiple complex projects that I wanted done in my home that went beyond my understanding to design or execute. Jamie not only implemented the project but really helped me to see 'the art of the possible', exceeding both my design thoughts and of course the execution. But what made this truly 5 stars was the responsiveness, helpfulness and attitude. Jamie was always quick to respond whether to calls, emails or texts. The turnaround time of his work was amazing. The quality of the work. He took the time to help me understand design decisions, pro's and con's, and explained the system in detail to make sure it was working beyond my expectations. There is no one I would recommend more highly. If you've got networking, audio/visual projects, home entertainment needs, Liaison is awesome and Jamie is a one-of-a-kind gem.

The Liaison Team is by far a group of experts in their field and very professional. Their installation of the automated equipment at my home is life changing and helps me to be more independent.
