I am an attorney who has a rudimentary knowledge about using computer software. LI Tech Solutions is contracted with the firm that I work for to provide IT services. Tim Reis and staff at LI Tech Solutions are conscientious, professional and knowledgeable and will often respond to my pleas for help, even after hours and on weekends. This is a really big deal, because I often have deadlines and when I need help with IT issues to complete those deadlines, they have always been available to assist me. They have never disappointed. I highly recommend them.
