All of the staff is very friendly. My wife and daughter have been working with Joaquin to purchase a new home. We have been working with him for the last 5 months and he is went above and beyond to help us out through this process. With any luck we should be closing soon and have the keys to our new home. Thank u Joaquin and the rest of the LGI homes staff.

Staff where great answered all my concerns and questions. Houses are very beautiful and full with upgrades other builders would charge extra for. I have learned of LGI homes as I work as one of their trade partners. Thank you Marwah, Melissa and staff in the poinciana office after years not being a home owner I’m extremely excited of the purchase of my new home and working with the staff! Thank you :)

Edit:4/18 Is 4 times for the same items in my bathrooms not enough? You tell me what your breach of contract means for neglecting MONTHS of not having workers fix my house, WEEKS of taking time off work waiting for workers to come and not show to scheduled maintenance times? Keep blocking me on social media. Google reviews stay. Instead of sending your PR team to fix your public image how about send some workers to my house and fix the damage you inflicted in my home with improper build? Still patiently waiting 🙃

The hole staff are awesome. They helped us go from low credit scores to good scores. With out there help we couldn't have go out new house. Thank you Joaquin, Angel, and Marwah.

I expected to have a repeat of the negative home buying experience (i.e. nothing affordable, commissioned agents trying to keep their jobs, reject homes, etc.), BUT boy was I in for a surprise! Joaquin Lora was a delight and a pleasure to work with. Not only did he take the time to get to know me and what my home needs were, he went as far as making me feel apart of the family. To Jaoquin, Marwah, and the rest of the LGI homes staff: I say a very giant THANK YOU for making my home ownership a dream come true 😘

The way the sales people treat us as if we were dumb people is really upsetting. Their questions are worse than a pre school child.
