I was referred to LexTechs by the dealership because my baby (Bella) is a vintage Lexus. What a great experience I’ve had! EVERYONE that I’ve encountered has been extremely helpful and my Service Advisor was knowledgeable and honest which is super important to me. My dad has owned a repair shop for over 30 years in Florida, so I’m well versed on automotive repair. I’ve actually been bragging on LexTechs to my dad. I especially love that the transparency by providing photos of recommended repairs so that I can make an informed decision. I was even fortunate enough to receive a loaner vehicle while my Bella was in the shop. I can go on and on, but I won’t! I highly recommend LexTechs!

I love this place! They are the only company I trust with my Toyota. Some road debris bounced under my car and punctured my A/C condenser. Unfortunate for me. However, LexTechs gave me an honest quote in which I agreed to let them perform the repair work. I was told approximately a two day lead time for completion. Amazingly they were able to complete they same day I dropped my car off. Devon and Maya at the front desk are awesome to work with. Great service and staff all around!! Also, even though I paid out of pocket, LexTechs honest quote allowed me to be reimbursed by my insurance company the following day. I highly recommend their services!!!! James

The customer service team was cordial and efficient. The work was done to my satisfaction. They only did what was necessary and appropriate. I love the use of technology in communicating with customers. Email, texts, photos, etc., are used appropriately and not overbearing or intimidating to the less-skilled customer. LexTechs is a great value.

This was my first time at LexTechs of Atlanta and it went very well. I appreciated the use of technology for check-in and the nice folks who met me at the front desk. From start to finish, I was kept informed of the work that was recommended was for my Toyota. There was no pressure but rather I was asked about the service record of the car and then was give the option to take care of it now or at another time.I really appreciated the approach to customer care, along with the timely fashion of the work getting completed. I have found my new auto service provider and look forward to LexTechs taking care of my car for a long time to come!

top notch experience. fantastic detailed explanation of scope of work. excellent communication. they found an oil leak 2 other companies missed! additionally, soft skills are incredible! this team leads with empathy. our main contact was Maya. The best shop for any work done on a Lexus brand. I got the run around and told multiple things were wrong with my car from 2 dealerships without a full diagnostic test. One dealership had my car for 30 days and never did a full diagnostic test to find the problem. The mechanic at the first dealership just assumed without diagnosing my car . The second dealership didn’t do a diagnostic test either and assumed I needed a new engine. I found this shop online, they did a full diagnostic test, found the problem, and had my car back working in 3 days. I will continue to take my Lexus to this shop. The price was cheaper than expected and less than the dealership , the tech updated me via a link about each test that was done along with the results, friendly staff and dedicated workers. I recommend this place to anyone who has a Lexus, want to know what’s wrong with their car and fixed. Thank you so much. I appreciate the work and knowledge.

Very professional and timely in diagnosing and communicating issues with my Lexus. Was able to get my car up and running without the “check engine “ light coming on. Reasonable prices and quality service every time i take my car in for service.
