I own a business in West Columbia, SC and had a few issues with laptop we use for our social media and photography work. Belinda and the guys from Lexington IT Solutions took care of it. They completed it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them and we will continue to use them for all our IT needs.
My laptop screen just stopped working and I had to have it fixed within the next two days to have the following week for class. Everyone I called wanted to send my laptop off and all this other stuff. I called Scott and he said he would check it out and he met with me the very next morning. By that afternoon he had my laptop fixed and working! Great customer service, quality of work, and price was also great! I will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to anyone I know needing computer/laptop work done!
Our computer crashed and after looking for help, we found Scott through recommendations. I definitely see why. The computer did not make it but Scott was helpful from the beginning. I was able to focus on other work stuff while receiving updates from Scott which was beyond helpful. He was at our office in less than 2 hours providing us with other solutions to our problem. I have been using Lexington IT Solutions (LITS) to manage my IT services for some time now. Even with the continuously evolving technology, they are always able to accommodate any of my storage, backup, and network needs.
I love Scott! He provides an extremely proactive service and is usually on top of an issue before it even begins to affect our workflow! I called LITS about an issue we needed help with and they were already on it! This happened TWICE! I'm never going anywhere else.
The regular updates that they give keep you posted on all activity being done on your device(s). I would recommend them for a both a startup and a well-established business.
Even though we had IT support initially when we hired LITS, having them put a second set of eyes on our setup was worth it! I have since transferred all responsibilities to their company thanks to their excellent work.
Scott was our saving Angel! He came to our little thrift shop simply to check things out only to jump in & rescue us as he discovered what a mess our computer/printer systems were in. He could tell we were trying our best on our own but just weren’t having any luck. He saved us hundreds of dollars and was willing to do whatever he could to work with us financially. Anyone would be crazy stupid not to ask him for help or guidance for IT help. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone in need!! You won’t regret it. Great communication skills & very patient in willing to teach us dumb people about technology!! He’s a must have for your business or personal!!
I can’t believe how quick this guy got my computer fixed! I called him on a Saturday after hours I really wasn’t expecting anyone to answer but I called based off his response time reviews on Yelp it says he responds pretty fast and he does! He accessed my computer virtually and fixed the problem in no time! I would defiantly recommend! Thank you!

I was in town for the holidays and needed a gym to workout. They had day passes available and was a very easy process. The gym was really nice, the staff was great. I would definitely come back whenever Iâm in town.
