I absolutely loved this hotel!! It's in a great location, and it has so many pros. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were more comfortable than mine at home, they had multiple pillows that were also great, and breakfast was hot and pretty tasty. The pool was closed for remodeling but that's ok. I think my only con would be the door to the room not shutting all the way unless you made sure to give it an extra push. I WILL absolutely stay here again in the future!!!

Positive: Bed was comfortable and breakfast was basic but a nice perk. Negative: The first room they gave us was not what we reserved (king size bed). They did resolve it politely, but was extra to-do for us after being on the road all day. The entrance close to our room did not have working light and was very dark at night.

The hotel is located by the main road with lots of options for shopping and food. But the room was dirty and was told they didn’t have another room to move us to. The water in the bathroom did cut off no matter how I tuned it it was a hole in the wall and something dried up on the side of the bed which looked like poop we decided to leave in the middle of the night stayed in room 306 check in aug2-4. The pool was out of order and the halls smelled of mold Definitely needs some updating and a deep cleaning I also left with a few bites on my arms not sure from what

Positive: Located off highway so all rooms were quiet. Friendly staff. Fairly recent updated rooms.In-room Keurig coffee and refig. decent hot breakfast. Seasonal pool. Real nice, inexpensive, Tex.Mex lunch and dinner restaurant next door Negative: No informal meeting place for large family or groups. Small (conference room available). Negative: ""

I highly recommend reserving a room ahead of time it will save you some time at the check-in desk. Pros: - The Lady at the Check-in Desk was Professional and Kind. - Amazing Water Pressure in the Shower - Soft Beds and Pillows - Spacious Rooms - King Size Beds Cons: - Hole in the Wall with no Attempt at Patching it - Duct-tape Holding in a Cable Wire Socket on the Wall - Toilet Flushes Extremely Slowly - Door to Hallway Would Catch and You Had to Pull a Little Harder to Close it No fault to the hotel but the people staying were loud, you could hear what I presume was a small child running up and down the hallway on the 2nd floor at 0900 AM. With that I would stay here again definitely for the price point that it was at. I stayed at this hotel with my significant other on 04/26/2024 in room 108 on the bottom floor.

Need to update google and booking sites with current phone number. I tried to call and cancel my reservation that was made via Expedia but the number given across all sites is invalid so I was unable. I tried messaging them from the link on Expedia but that was unanswered as well. Even tried the customer service chat on Expedia but got nothing. It was past the full refund cancellation time so I couldn't just cancel thru Expedia. Luckily it wasn't an emergency so we just followed thru with our plans. When asking about it at check in he just handed me a card with the current number like it would do me any good at that point. coffee maker didn't work either. Sign out by the main road isn't very visible or lit up so it's easily missed. But i do have to say the bed was nice tho and the price was decent.

Ok, tbh the property is old however it is going to be a Marriott property and is going to undergo renovation and updating. The rooms were very clean but they are old. The plumbing fixtures were coming off of their sealed places, there was visible cracks in the walls, the carpets looked clean although have been shampooed many times and are thin. The toilet clogs easily but the water pressure and the cleanliness again are great. I can't tell you that the staff that I encountered all were very professional very friendly, and we happened to get the general manager at the front desk while we checked in and asked for an accessible room. The bathrooms were already sort of set up for an accessible situation although they didn't have a seat so the GM ran to go get a seat and put it in the bathroom prior to us getting there and also was quite pleasant to deal with. I'm not sure why everybody's talking about roaches and how nasty the room was because I simply don't see it. I was in room 126. Very conveniently located to multiple restaurants home Depot Lowe's etc. I would like to see the rooms modernized a little bit and taking a little bit better care of but for an older property and the room rate that I paid I would definitely be back if I needed to and recommend people to stay there. The beds were very comfortable.

Im a Veteran, i have a service dog, I traveled from Texas to Lexington, South Carolina for my Step Sons Army Bootcamp graduation. We were kicked out of rhe room after we had 3 nights paid upfront due to my service dog barking. The place is old, dirty, and had hair in tub. This is my fault for trying to save money on less expensive accomodations. I thought if we save money we can treat our son to a good family day and Graduation and spoil him a little bit. Instead we were kicked out Lexington Inn Suites. They refused to refund our money. We were in room for 1 hour or less. This company, ownership are theives. We had to leave to find a new room. They stole our money and broke service animal laws. Save yourself time and money from a bad experience. I was willing to overlook the horrible condition of this place to save money to spoil our son to a good time, instead this place cost more. And stole my money. DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
