My family and I had an amazing experience at the Lewis and Clark Motel. Every corner of this motel is clean and well-cared for from the flower boxes adorning the balconies to the pool changing rooms. We enjoyed the beautiful warm pool, hot tub, and eucalyptus steam room which were incredibly refreshing and relaxing after a week in Yellowstone. (This may be the cleanest pool facility we have ever seen.) They have super comfortable beds and pillows in large, clean, rooms. There's a charming gift shop, delicious little homemade treats out all day and a well-appointed exercise facility. The location can't be beat with parks, restaurants, shops and ice cream shops lining the streets. The staff is attentive and helpful. We were given the option of a ground floor room which made checking in and out super-efficient for our one-night stay with a family of 4. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will surely return!
Fantastic motel very close to the centre of town. The motel has lots of character and is extremely well furnished throughout. Lisa the motel proprietor is amazing not only for her font of local knowledge of things to do and places to eat but also for the delicious homemade treats she produces endlessly. The spa and pool facilities and also excellent, highly, highly recommended.
My sister and I LOVED this motel! The care and love the owner takes with the inn her father built is apparent all around you. The rooms are spacious and comfy and surprisingly quiet considering the motel is on a main street (but set back a bit). The unusual glass fronts and doors are heavy and insulated and the only noise I recall was once in two days when a neighbor shut their door too hard. The a/c is efficient and provided what I thought was an acceptable white noise, as well. The pool/spa area is enchanting, as most reviews will mention - worth coming here by itself. But don't miss the lobby and outdoor seating spaces, which are cozy and inviting (with great music from Sinatra and Ella to Patsy Cline). There are artful objects everywhere AND there are usually nice treats around, from candies to home-made cookies. One afternoon Lisa, the owner, greeted us with hot fresh coconut/white chocolate macaroons! (not macarons) What heaven. Sis and I plan to return to Bozeman from out of state mainly to stay here again, it was that pleasant! There IS a good, modern elevator to all floors. Lisa and Sarah really made the stay special. The location is convenient to walk downtown to stores, coffee-shops, and restaurants. Grocery stores are in easy reach with a car.
Our last night in Montana we stayed at the Lewis & Clark Motel in Bozeman. I can not say enough about how incredible this place is - so clean!, interesting lobby and decor, great continental breakfast and snacks, comfy, fitness center, large indoor pool, sauna and eucalyptus steam room. Lisa and her family do a magnificent job carrying on the legacy of her father's vision. I highly recommend this place if you're in Bozeman. Thank you, Lisa!
First time staying on recommendation from a family member. In addition to great customer service, the pool, steam room , sauna and pool were top notch! I love that I could get laps in the pool!! It is huge!! Loved it! This motel will be our new destination whenever we come to Bozeman!!
This place is amazingly beautiful. All The rooms are on the main floor and the 2 floor. The pool, workout room, and saunas are in the basement it is so beautiful and relaxing. The pool temperature is around 79 80 degrees, perfect to my liking, and they have a wet sauna and dry sauna. I recommend starting the dry sauna 20 minutes before jumping in they have 3 1-man rooms and 1 2-man dry sauna. The wet sauna is one big room.
A wonderful spot to stay while visiting Downtown Bozeman. The customer service was amazing! You can tell the owners really care about your experience. We had to leave early in the morning before the lobby was open and they were willing to go far out of there way to make accommodations for check out. They have a healthy grab and go breakfast, which I prefer over continental since I try to watch my diet while on vacation. Very conveniently located near downtown. I've never enjoyed a pool and hot tub more at a hotel than I did here. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
Had an awesome experience staying here. Super polite and friendly feel, family hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious, and updated. Had amenities you’d find in a 5-Star fancy place, but had the perfect home feel. The hotel had a lot of neat history behind it too, made for an all around great time and we’d would be happy to stay again.
I always enjoy chatting with the people here. Authentic, super friendly bunch and, oh yeah, the best Americano around. My kids like Nexus for their fancy drinks too. We like to cruise through on the way to work and school!
