Camille was very professional and made us feel very welcome . The over all policy of Levin’s when it comes mattress purchase is a very disturbing. You have no recourse if the mattress is not what you expect. They will tell you that it is the sheets or you have to break in the mattress for 21 days. The bed that we got was a lot harder than the one we tried in the store. Buyer beware.
