Xerox machines are a necessary evil in our school work room. Fortunately Steve is always quick to respond when we have an issue and makes sure it gets resolved as quickly as possible. He has scoured the earth to find supplies for our outdated machines in the past and made sure the installation of our brand new machines went smoothly, even with the delay caused by a tropical storm.

Brad is wonderful, he knows his stuff and is here every time we have a issue with the 2 copiers. Does not take him long and its fixed. Thank you for your dedication to us, and your expertise.

We were having issues with our one and only copier and Brad came and helped us out. He showed me a lot about the copier, and I felt a lot better after he left. He made sure we had what we needed and ordered some things that we were going to need. Great guy, very friendly.
