Pricing was amazing. Staff members were extremely helpful and I was very pleased with the service. From the start they let me know about the deals and discounts, got me the size I needed and when there wasn't my size they offered to order and have it shipped to my door steps within 2 days. Absolutely loved my purchase. All staff members interaction with me were phenomenal. I dont do this often but with this kind of service a mentioning is needed. Thank you

Great store and spotless. And the most amazing store associate. Glen was so beyond helpful and friendly! Helped us with everything, found us sizes, went above and beyond which encouraged us to buy more than we even went for! Will be back because of him whenever we're in the area! Thanks Glen!

The arrogance, rudeness and indifference of this store's employees is mind-boggling, so much that it compelled me to draft a 2 page email to their CEO Mr. Chip Bergh but I held on sending it because I do not believe it would have made any difference at all. The employees don't just need a re-training but a complete overhaul in their attitude and behavior. I have made 4 visits to the store so far and the experience was just the same each time so I figured it was not a one time coincidence but a culture in this store. So I decided to protest with my money and gave my business to the American Eagle store in the same mall to make my purchase of 6 jean pants whose customer service was so pleasing and in sharp contrast with these people. They lost me, my family and my friends' business forever. Never going again. Absolutely despicable!

Went in for a single item, got in line and waited nearly 10 minutes. Customer in front of me handed the employee a phone (presumably the employee’s) and then I was asked “are you in line”. There was now a line of something like 10 people who all got to the checkout area after me, but I was told I’d have to go behind them. Won’t be returning.

Don’t apply to work here they will invite you in for a interview. Then they will tell you that in a week they will call you back on when you can start. * Two weeks pass by and you get no call back so then you have to call them. When you call them your told their manager isn’t in call in the following day and then you call the following day and the manager says he’s filled the position with someone else. These people will waste weeks of their time toying around with you as far as getting a job there goes. I’ve been unemployed for the past few months and these people wasted precious time of mine that I could’ve used applying to other places. They are bad managers and their hiring process involves favoritism and bias. Don’t work or shop here.

Rude and terrible customer service! Employees openly make fun of customers calling them explicit derogatory words…management needs to clear house bc I’ve never experienced something like this
