I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I had to visit them on 4 occasions in the past 4 years to trouble shoot some issues with my Toshiba first and then with my Macbook pro because I was trying to play Miss Tech Savvy when I'm not. All 4 times they were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were affordable (especially compared to the prices I checked at other local repair shop) and I appreciated them discussing the various options with me to ensure I was getting what I needed at the price I could afford.
