L'Ermitage Beverly Hills - Hotel in Beverly Hills - 9291 Burton Way, USA

L’Hermitage has extremely large, well apportioned rooms, and fabulous service. We appreciated the lighting which has high, medium & low settings. The bed was supremely comfortable. My husband, who has had back issues, found this to be the most comfortable hotel bed he has ever slept in. We may be switching out ours soon. The valet was fast, friendly, and eager to help. Check in was personalized, with the bellhop accompanying us to a desk to be personally welcomed by Lucky. The hotel is currently being renovated, but we did not experience any inconvenience because of it. Our only complaint would be that there was no soft close toilet seat, which we have come to expect in current hotels of all caliber. Perhaps they will include this detail in the renovated rooms. The reservation included a continental breakfast with tea and coffee. We highly recommend this hotel for a splurge. It is expensive, but the accommodations and service do not disappoint.

The rooms here are by far the most spacious of any in Beverly Hills and they’re beautifully appointed. If you want to be in a most tranquil and relaxed setting, this is it. If you’re looking to be in the heart of the action in BH, you may want to try the Beverly Wilshire or Peninsula. While things are currently under construction, the rooftop pool is gorgeous and a wonderful place to unwind. This is my go to place since I prefer a more private and low key luxury experience without being too far out there like the Hotel Bel Air.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was very clean and meticulously designed and organized. Location is great and what stood out the most was guest service! Upon arrival we were greeted with warmth and everything was explained and personalized. We felt they were expecting us which was great! Everyone was happy to be there and friendly and always welcoming and smiling. It didn’t feel like a regular hotel it felt more like home! Guest services manager Maryam was helpful and gave us good recommendations about things to do around the city. The room was carefully stacked with amenities that we enjoyed. Will absolutely recommend this place and will visit again in the future.

We've stayed here several times and it is always a luxurious experience. The customer service is impeccable, as it should be at this price point. I love the view to the Hollywood sign from the pool. It is always a quiet, peaceful place to sleep and is located close to some nice restaurants.

My stay at L'Ermitage as again was so relaxing. This stay was an overnight before connecting to my flight home and the beds are one of the most comfortable I have slept in at any hotel worldwide.||The rooms are so quite and beautifully keep that you feel like you are at home.||This area is so lovely and quite, with very easy walk or drive to many cafe/restaurants.||L'Ermitage is a true 5 star luxury hotel.

By far the best hotel we stayed in during our 3 week trip to Canada and the USA. Staff were always cheerful, happy to help with everything and seemed to actually enjoy working there. Apparently they have a new GM, and from what we could see he’s doing a great job. They have a car you can use for short trips, great for dinner reservations. Short stroll into Beverly Hills, very nice safe feel to the area. Rooms were large and very quiet. Have stayed at supposedly more prestigious hotels in the area but this is the only place we will keep coming back to.

The hotel is luxurious. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. I usually visit the salon on the second floor for my hair appointments. Alex is a highly professional stylist who only works at this location one week per month, and his schedule is always fully booked. I was fortunate today to find an available time slot with Alex. Thank you!
