The staff is amazing from beginning to end. I have been there a few times and haven't had a problem. The office and staff seem to run very smoothly and organized. Thank you to Andrea and Karen for your professionalism and making me feel comfortable in doing the tests.

The entire team was amazing. Everyone was helpful. The front desk staff even called my doctor to get my script faxed over, Carly was amazing as well. So far the best experience I have Received at a medical office.

I was greeted by 2 very nice young ladies. I was taken in on time. The technician explained everything they were going to do. I waited for a copy of my sonogram, which didn’t take long. The whole process was very good.

The staff and actually appointment was great from start to finish. They said 3-5 business days for results. It’s been 6 business days. I am a worrier already but this is cruel. My doc called and still nothing. They said the radiologist didn’t sign out yet. All that is on my portal are images that frankly just scare me more. I think you should have a better system for your patient as they are awaiting results. Hopefully another weekend won’t go by that I have to be uncertain and stressed again!

I just left this facility after having a CT scan taken. From the ladies at the front counter, to the lady that administrated the test, to the office manager that was looking to expedite the results to my surgeon in the city...every single person I interacted with was an absolute pleasure. The people "upfront" were very courteous and pleasant. The manager went out of his way to assist me , and the lady that performed the scan could not have been more caring and professional. She was concerned with every detail and aspect to look to make me as comfortable as possible. I would never hesitate to come back here should the need arise and would recommend them to anyone that needs that type of medical testing.

Had an excellent experience. Minimal wait time and helpfulness of the staff especially the radiologist made my experience more relaxing . She was very calming which helped the procedure go more smoothly causing me to have less anxiety. Can't thank her enough!

The ladies that work there are lovely. Trying to get an appointment on the phone, impossible, trying to make one online ,also impossible,almost went to competitor. Had to go to site to make appointments, and it’s not around the corner, waste of gas and time.
