These apartments are the epitome of luxury living. I toured these units with Tevon on a Wednesday and was able to be approved and moved in by that same Friday. Between Heather and Tevon the application, approval and leasing process was a breeze. The units themselves are very clean, modern and updated with some amazing amenities included. Location is also optimal, being less than 5 minutes away from big name stores like Target and Marshall’s as well as about a 7 minute Uber ride from the short north. I could not be more pleased with my living situation here.
Was scrambling to find an apartment in Columbus after I put it off a little too long! Ended up connecting with DeVon at Lennox Flats and he was able to walk me through the application process and answer all my questions. I very much appreciate his patience and helpfulness, would highly recommend to friends and colleagues! Edit 12/12/23: Had to submit a maintenance request for some small issues around the apartment. The problems were fixed day of! Easily the best maintenance experience I've ever had!
While I didn't end up living at Lennox, the apartments were very nice & the amenities were great. What really impressed me was the property manager who gave me the tour, Tavon. He was incredibly informative & very understanding of what I valued in my apartment search. Definitely reach out to him if you're looking to live at Lennox Flats!

I moved back to Columbus from Florida to be closer to family. Because of my circumstances it had to be a quick move. Ben and Tevon made this the easiest process I have ever gone through in relocating. I hadn't seen the place except for pictures, but they did everything in their power to make sure I knew everything about the location and the surrounding area before I signed the lease. I had to call them everyday because of my own anxiety and they made it clear to me that, They are always here to help . These two are the epitome of customer service. Safe area, clean grounds, roomy floorplan with sleek appliances. It truly feels like a home. Also do not be discouraged by the internet speed of AT@T. The internet is fiber wired directly in each apartment. I work from home using using upwards of 10 browsers at all times, using Zoom, Microsfot Teams, streaming music and sometimes have Youtube TV playing in the background. The internet is great so far.
This is a very nice, clean environment! I love the bright colors of the units and the property managers are very respectful, polite, and informative. Definitely great to experience!
I moved to Lennox Flats for grad school at OSU. It's proximity to campus (especially for football games) is unbeatable. My pup and I loved being here and are sad to have to go. The gym is great and accommodates various types of workouts with a separate cardio and weights room. Tevon and Heather at the leasing office are so kind and willing to help with anything. They are constantly out and about taking recommendations and making sure the place is in top notch shape!
Lennox Flats are very comfortable. They are close to Ohio state university campus and easily accessible by several interstate highways. Best of all, the luxury rentals are only 10 miles to the Columbus International Airport.
