Lemon Grove Plaza - Shopping mall in Lemon Grove - 7012 Broadway, USA

Great shopping mall. Has everything. Many shops and restaurants including Macdonald and in and out burger. In and out had a long line but service for drive through was fast and friendly. We had to stop in but food was average. I grew up on in and out at the beach in ventura and its been like 12 years so wanted to make sure I visited. 🙃. The other people with me had never tasted in and out so we felt it was a must visit stop in California.

I will go out of my way to buy from here. Great prices and great customer service. I've been going here for years and it's nice to be recognized by the budtenders. 😊 They also have a great loyalty program!

poorest customer service I have experienced @ I&O drive through and 2 go served before dine in...yes it was busy and orders can get lost but that is not right! yes they are in poor locatipn for drive through and need to prioritize moving that line. but that is no excuse. Saw 20 white bags sent out and my order still waiting to be made 40 minutes I waited people after my order were served what is up with that? Will not go to I&O till I receive an apology eother from Managers or corporate!

In-N-Out, need I say more? They're pretty much all the same. The line goes all the way to the street but actually moves pretty fast. Which makes it well worth it, most of the time.

There's only one problem and that's the East entrance to the parking lot where In-and-Out and Starbucks are located. It's ridiculous with all the cars that are lined up out on the street for drive thru especially at night and weekends. We have seen arguments, fender benders and cars dodging other cars by driving on the wrong side of the street. The traffic is already congested enough on Massachusetts and 94 off ramp. The City of Lemon Grove need to rethink its street planing projects especially in the areas such as this and before they okay permits for new businesses to open .

Sign said open, but it wasnt.. They had a person parked in the drive thru just parked there so I had to back out. There was a lot of litter outside in parking lot and the place just looked shady. Hard pass.

Alot of outlets that are mostly food options. In-N-Out, McDonald's, Starbucks, Carl's Jr, KFC, Del Taco & a Chinese buffet. The line for In-N-Out is ridiculous sometimes and will go into the street causing traffic. Every food option here is all fast food.

Always fresh and delicious I'm never disappointed with this location's service
