We had a really great experience when we toured the property with Alex. He walked us through the clubhouse and amenities and we had a self-guided tour of the apartment, as it was a Saturday. Jazmin worked with us through the leasing process, and she made it very smooth and responded quickly to all emails. The apartments are amazing and the location is convenient. You won't find a more luxurious apartment at this price in Charlotte.

If you don’t want your vehicle broken into don’t live here! At least 2 vehicles get broke into each month at this location and my work van is one of them with them stealing $5k in tools. The people are nice but crime in this area is bad and Lemmond farm does nothing about but say “crime has no address” but still only hire a worthless security detail to “watch” your stuff while you sleep. With zero cameras on the property besides their precious pool area which also gets trashed every weekend during the summer they take no responsibility for trying to make it safer. (The pictures provided show my van which was parked right at the leasing office which has no cameras facing on the front of the building towards the parking lot)

We went in for a viewing today 10 minutes early. Our agent (Jasmine), seemed bothered we came in. Didn’t invite us in, just told us to wait outside her office in the lobby. Rushed us through the whole tour (she mentioned they had lunch soon). She walked super fast and didn’t answer any of our questions. We asked about how much was the square footage, she said she didn’t know and she’d check when we get back (she did not check), didn’t explain the application process, the fees break down, and wouldn’t even give us price estimate and said just look online. She successfully finished our tour in 15 minutes (barely enough time to actually view the apartments). Then she just said have a good day and left us in the lobby. The sad part is, we loved the apartments, but if that is their “luxurious” service, I don’t ever want to live in a place that hires those kind of people. She avoided small talk, didn’t know the facility, didn’t offer a meet up time in the future to talk about availability closer to our preference move in time, or all the pricing info. All we were given is a sheet with garage and application fees. I recommend another apartment complex that values their future tenants, so that they actually come back. If her goal was to get us to not come back, she succeeded.

Visited for a tour on yesterday 1/13. I believe the woman was named Jasmine, did not seem interested to help assist us at all, it was like we were bothering her although I scheduled this “tour” online. We were given an apartment number and told to go to the building… didn’t know how we would get in or where exactly it was so we didn’t even bother and left. I signed up for a guided tour.. but thankful this situated took place so I do not waste time or money here. Also, saw cars with wheel locks so theirs definitely some problems here. Please don’t waste time with this place.

Living here has been such pleasure! The staff, maintenance and amenities are always kept up to par. All questions and concerns are answered in such a timely manor and even whilst moving in I’ve never experienced such a clean apartment or generous staff with assisting in what can be a difficult process! Thank you to all The Lemmond Farm Fam, y’all have creating a living community worth exploring:)

Alex was super friendly upon my arrival. He greeted me with a smile and that set the tone for the tour. I would sign my lease today hadn’t I renewed my lease at a different community. I will certainly be circling back next year in hopes to live at Lemmond Farm Apartments

This apartment complex is beautiful, wonderful features. However, they have horrible staff. I dealt with Stephanie and every time she showed no customer service skills, making things difficult. She had an attitude every phone call and aside from every other bad review, the features that they have does NOT out way the TERRIBLE customer service they provide.

We moved here and when we moved they said we can used the community areas (club house ) so now I called to asked to use the club house and they told me I can use it but I need to pay $400 for the use of those areas ( which is ridiculous pricy) I think if we are the tenants we should be able to use these areas, specially if they said those areas are able to be used if you move here. That being said if you have plans to move here take that into consideration. And add that the ladies that works there are extremely rude and cero polite. .
