It's a lovely park and when I first moved here I spent a lot of time there, unfortunately, I have to agree with other posters. Posters who say that the park has become dirty, there's people's trash on clothes underneath the trees and bushes. And it smells. I just want to sit on a bench and read a book but I can't go there anymore. Someone really needs to deal with that in the city. It's a beautiful place.
Not what I would call a "destination" type park, but if you live around here or are ever in the area by chance I would definitely say give it a look before you leave. It also leads in well to Owl head park (which is "destination worthy"). Great place to workout, have a scenic walk towards the water, or even take a calming drive on the tree lined highway entrance. The park also serves as a natural border between two neighborhoods vibrant in their own ways; or a cultural "dmz". Overall I love it

Decent basketball courts (3 full, 2 half courts) that are high school sized (3 pt line touches top of key)
Great place to bring your dog and clean!!!! Nice bike path and not to many people around quiet but fun
This park is nice and clean. It's good for a morning or am evening walk. Good for kids and elders both.
Nice and large park with many amenities. Kids playground, water park, exercise area, basketball courts, volleyball area, pickleball court, tennis court and plenty of open space for any outdoor activities.
This is my new discovery! Very nice, clean park. Lots of shades for everyone, perfect for hot summer days. The water area is really fun and there is a playground with swings for the kids ! Quiet during the morning hours.
Breathtaking views of the city. It wasn't too crowded but it was a weekday. I suggest a light lunch in the parc or on the benches along the river to take in the amazing view !
This place is such a hidden gem at night, I accidentally came here after dinner and went for a jog. The view to manhattan was superb and the houses along the river are stunning. Worth a visit
Very pretty. Cooler. Beautiful long walks. Places to have picnics. Ballfields. Basketball courts. Parks for kids. Runs from the 69th st pier to 4th Avenue and shore road.
My visit to Prospect Park in Brooklyn was an enchanting experience, a true testament to the beauty of nature amidst urban surroundings. This vast park, a gem in the heart of the city, is a haven for those seeking a peaceful retreat or an active day o
Attended a Spike Lee event here last week and totally enjoyed myself in the park. Grassy areas are nicely manicured . This park is great for families, so bring your blanket and have a picnic. Be sure to clean up after yourself. There is lots to do h
I've tried so many yoga studios in Brooklyn and Vessel is by far my favorite. The classes are all one hour with mats provided. The classes range in intensity, but are all facilitated in an inclusive and fun environment. The yoga pilates fusion class

I just reached my one year anniversary at UMA and couldn't be more happy/proud. The core philosophy to "Be Unlimited" is in the name of the school and they practice what they preach. I thought it seemed ambitious to offer so many different martial ar

What a great addition to the neighborhood! I've visited a few times and I love the cocktails, the ambiance, and the friendly bartenders. And the food, too, especially the appetizers! My workplace had our holiday happy hour here, and The Canary team
I must say up front: besides my own impressions after enjoying this place myself, I also know the owner very well. Although, this fact only helps this review, giving a full picture. The reason behind it is that I know what the owner's values are. Amo
1133 was our first home when we moved to NYC shortly before the pandemic and it was truly the best place to live. The staff are the very best and they make everything so much better. The maintenance was excellent, everything was attended to promptly,
