Hotel was clean and well kept. Vibrant colors throughout with the pirate theme. Kids loved all the activities. (Pajama dance party. Story telling and etc). Treasure hunt in the rooms (bonus legos). The pool has swimming life vests and lifeguards available when open (limited hours). The room had plenty of room. Extra towels readily available. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of hot water. No complaints at all.

Hotel has really gone downhill since our last visit. My family’s experience was bad and the support was even worse. After being at the park all day we arrived to a not-so-great room, in which our shower and TV didn’t work, they were aware of an ongoing issue with the TV so we had to switch rooms taking over an hour to sort out, we asked for late checkout because we wanted to get extra sleep after the issues and we were told we couldn’t get late checkout unless we paid $65 more but they could give us 11:30 as a courtesy. After getting to our new van we find the entire inside of it covered in hundreds of ants from the trees that are directly next to it that have been poorly maintained and have untreated ant huts all over the place (I took pictures). I went back into the hotel to explain my issues to a manager (Phillip Osias) who quickly was willing to offer late checkout (after we were all packed up and at the van ready to leave). This should have been done already, seeing as they told me 11:30 was the best they could do the night before but is the least of my problems. Then, when I showed him the ants and where they are coming from he said that he couldn’t (wouldn’t) cover the cost to have our van cleaned to get the ants out and said the best he could do was refund our resort fee…I was upset but courteous and explained that isn’t acceptable. He stated his “hands are tied” and he cannot do anything else. I asked if he has a supervisor of his that I can speak to and he said “no.” I then asked (sarcastically but with real disbelief) “you don’t have a supervisor?” And he replied with “not one that I speak to everyday” - THIS IS SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT - I left him with my frustrations and again made my point known that his hands are not tied, rather that he is making a choice (a poor one, but a choice nevertheless) which he finally (after saying numerous times) didn’t argue with. With as many times as I have come here, refunding my one day stay and covering my car cleaning is the least they could have done, all things considered. I now get to drive home with my family in a van with ants everywhere, this is a new vehicle and I am so disappointed! Save your money and go somewhere else with your family.

We took our little on there about two years ago and he was super excited. The rooms and facilities look great but when you closely look is where my concerns started. We flew and visited during the whole Covid scare and while they took precautions it was interesting to see the layers of dust on the Lego fixtures especially in our bedroom. With my allergies being so bad I asked for us to be moved and the next room was not much better. The ambience of the room and the hotel in general was great for the little one and we spent hours building Lego’s together. The random legos they have in the kids section in the room I highly doubt ever gets cleaned. Our hands were always dirty after digging through them to build. I feel the bricks in the lobby were cleaner. The food at the restaurants was good and the location was excellent as we were less than a 5 minute walk to the park.

Legoland hotel is overall amazing! The rooms could use some freshening, as could the smell in the lobby. However the fun lobby, Lego entertainment, free breakfast, and proximity to the parks makes it an amazing vacation experience. We returned from the park at 6, and had to drag the kids to the room at 10pm they were having so much fun. It is a must for kids up to age 13!

Fun theme hotel for the kids. Awesome location to the entrance of the park. And I love the text concierge service they offer was wonderful to get questions answered fast! The hotel wasn’t the cleanest- we stayed on the 4th floor and it smelled horribly like dirty diapers in the hallway the entire time we stayed 🤢 There was lots of dust on the LEGO features in the rooms. Sheets and bedding were clean. All the hotel entertainment, play areas, character meetings were a blast. Our kids favorite thing was unlocking the treasure chest in the room. The breast was great for the kids. Someone with a restricted diet, I didn’t have many options besides fruit and coffee.

All in all we would visit again. First, I will say the online photos of the Pirate Island Suite are deceiving in size- the room is quite small for the enormous cost of it. We paid around $3500 for two nights (including park tickets.) It does fit our 7, but I’m unsure if I would say comfortably. I think calling it a suite is a huuuuge stretch. Location is obviously superb, right at the park entrance which made it easy for naptime. 10/10 recommend the pirate pajama dance party. That was AMAZING fun for our two year old and so cute to watch all the kids enjoying themselves. Food at the restaurants was really uneventful for adults, but good for the kids. Prices were fine. All in all we would visit again with our youngest, but not the older kids. It was very boring for 13 and 14 year olds. Definitely geared towards kids ten and under. Another downside was no option for late check out in suites- even more disappointing considering it cost over $1200 per night for the room and we couldn’t get late check out. Did not receive Florida resident discount on the whole shebang, another disappointment. I think for future visits we will stay in a regular room rather than dumping enormous amounts of money into something disappointing.

The hotel is very cool and my kids loved it! Has 2 nice spots for adult beverages and is just a short walk from the park.

Legoland was a great place to hangout for my brother's birthday and my parents anniversary! For food I would recommend the shipwreck restaurant, while your kids are waiting they can go play in the pirates den and they can play with the bigger lego that i forgot the name of, but each day they will have different food like lego waffles that can be played with, some French toast and a lot more! They close down later and do dinner or lunch, they have more info on the website about the restaurant If you are curious about the stuff and want to eat here The pools are a lot of fun, (if you do not want to go to a pool you can go to the theme park Legoland and go to the back where the driving test is) there are 2 pools at the resort, the pirate one and the one by the bar in the main lobby where you enter, at the one at the lobby there is a slide there. Sometimes the pirate one can be closed like when today I went there it was closed but the one at the main lobby was open. The bar and the play are is for a nice break for the parents, the parents can get a drink while the kids watch a show, play in the cell, or place the big lego pieces on the mountain. The rooms are the best part of the hotel, if you want to see the other rooms they might be on the website or youtube. They got the pirates rooms, they got the lego movie rooms, the friends, the adventure, the knights one, and probably one more that I forgot. If you want more info it can be on YouTube or the official lego land website or on one of my pictures I added has information on the other stuff.
