Legacy Las Palmas - Condominium complex in Hialeah - 3505 W 10th Ave, USA

I wasn’t supposed to live here Past a year maybe two and I just signed my lease contract for my 3rd year. I love the amenities here like the car charging station, the impressive gym and more but the reason I plan to Live here in a because of the staff. I can’t say enough about this team! They treat you like family. The times I needed a repair they come the same day and fix any issues I might have. The place is immaculate, always clean and beautiful. However I want to say that property manager here Maria Garcia is amazing. Very dedicated to the community here. Always doing cool activities and holding fun events for us. The last one breakfast on the go was very cool! They set up right outside and we were able to grab breakfast on the way out. The whole team was there with big smiles !! Made me feel so good to live here. Maria is always available when I have had a question and has been very helpful each time. I am very happy living here and don’t plan to move for years if ever. I love it here !

Still under construction at the time of publishing these photos. A small luxurious living space within the hustle and bustle of Hialeah. Highly recommended. It is worth every penny spent in privacy, tranquility and a lot of comfort and space. The biggest apartments that I've been able to see in whole miami at a very good price quality ratio. This is the fact: I love my new home. 👌👍 Living already in this condominium since it opened its doors in March 2018, it has been the best choice that I have taken to move here. Impeccable management attention, makes the stay much more rewarding. My family and I have been living here for a little under a year. We are totally in love with this place, Maintenance is always on point and get the job done the same day when requesting online, our supervisors, Magbis and Maria are absolutely amazing and made the move Super smooth. We’re looking for many years to come.

Me and my boyfriend have been living in these apartments for a year. We are going for the second year now. it is a wonderful place to live. I love it because it is very quiet, clean and safe . I feel safe living here. Maintenance people are very good if you need them they come as soon as possible . They maintain the property very clean and looking sharp . The girls in the office are very kind and caring. They are always available to help you . I’m super happy to been living here , keep doing a awesome job !

I just moved this beautiful residency last week! The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance are lovely. They listened to every detail I needed and fix any problem you may have. Everybody is friendly, polite and professional. I am very happy with the idea of living here :))

I have lived in this community with my family for two years, it is a very well managed community, the work of the property manager Maria is very efficient and helpful, you have all the necessary amenities, the areas are well cared, we are very happy to live here! YP

Going into our second year here. The process was easy and straightforward. The office staff made sure to explain every detail. The apartment is well designed and equipped. It’s nice to find an apartment that has all new appliances and modern comforts. The property has a pool, gym, spinning room, dog park. The maintenance crew is marvelous and quick. Love it here. If we weren’t looking to own, we would stay here for a long time.

Legacy Las Palmas does not have 24/7 security as we are led to believe, it is not safe at all. They already have a history of stolen cars, cars that have been broken into by thieves. There are no cameras outside in the parking lots, people walk in, they throw the needle stick at the entrance all the time, and anyone enters the community. There is no security on Saturday and Sunday nights and the rest of the morning because it turns out that the security leaves at 10pm, after that time is when these thieves break in to steal and no one sees anything. On the other hand, you have to pay for an Oncall parking service to come in and check which cars are authorized to be parked (that's not security). Start doing something for the tenants who live in the community and extend the hours to have early morning security.
