Amazing time capsule restaurant completely Hawaiian kitsch-style decor, and the karaoke DJ is a diamond! The food has no seasoning so you could make it better bringing your own soy and Asian style bbq sauce -- stuff is very greasy tho.

ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE! Lee's is a tropical trip in a time machine... its lovely inside, quiet and relaxing. The low light, awesome tiki decor, relaxing hawaiian tunes can make you want to stay there all night! We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I went here after seeing someone post they have been going here for years. I walked in and my face instantly lit up. I absolutely love the island vibe in this place. The food and drinks were amazing as well as the service. I hope to go back soon. What a hidden gem in NJ

We had the pu pu platter. It was delicious and fun. I haven't had one in years. The soup and food were really tasty. We look forward to going back again.

Let's go back to the 1970s or early '80s. This is Lee's is a Time Warp going back back at the time Polynesian traditional jazz food music 🎶. You've got to love the funky decor. Mr Lee is 100 years old. And he's still works as the host. The food is fantastic, very tasty, and the right balance of vegetables and seafood. Delicious!

I have fond memories of going to Polynesian restaurants as a child. There are so few left that I made a trek to visit Lees for my birthday. The food was good. But I must admit that the service left a bit to be desired. The servers were a bit rude (i.e. throwing fortune cookies on the table). I was disappointed. I felt I was not wanted. My children who were with me asked why the servers were not nice. I really did no know what to say. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

This might be my favorite restaurant. It’s a treasure. This should be on the national register of coolest restaurants. Décor was classic tiki. The food and drinks were great. The Pu Pu Platter was on fire. The Orange Beef was nice and crispy. Highly recommend.

We weren't impressed with this establishment at all. The meals are overpriced, and it's not Hawaiian. It's more like a bougie Chinese Restaurant with a Hawaiian theme (Hawaiian masks on the walls). The waiter wasn't friendly at all. He seemed to be throwing the food on the table at us, and the food had a weird smell to it. The drinks were okay. You could tell that the pineapple juice used to make the drinks were from the can. The only reason I'm giving service 2 stars as opposed to 1 start is because a lady tried to save us as customers. She took off one of the dinners we ordered (a lobster plate, forgot the name), and recommended the Pu Pu Platter, which was okay. Nothing that really wowed us. There's a first time for everything. And sadly, this will be our last visit to this restaurant.
