Cocoa village is a Great little area very walkable from Lee Wenner Park! Boat ramps & docks, & free parking. Busy on the weekends but quiet during the week. Lots of restaurants, bars, & shops within a mile. Dog friendly!! Has public bathrooms, water fountains for kids to play in, & events on the weekends- very family oriented area. Lots of sailboat anchored out & friendly people all around. Sometimes people are sleeping/living in the park but seemed harmless. Police do patrol the area so nothing negative really to say about the homeless/house less people.
Great place to grab a seat and watch a sunrise. Easy to get to and usually no one there. I'm a local photographer find me on Instagram for more @zech.browning.75 and there is a link to my website for prints.
Great place for launching boats.
This is located along the south side of SR 520 as you are travelling west and reach the mainland. It is a fairly large park. It looks to have about 60 spots for vehicles with trailers and another 40 for just cars. It has a wide boat ramp for launching and recovering boats split into 4 ramps and docks parallel to each other. There is also a nice walkway along the water. At the East end of the park there is a place to walk under the bridge. The area was clean and well kept when I visited and it is obviously right on the water at the foot of the bridge so has lovely views across the water.
Renovations/upgrades are coming along very nicely. Late in the afternoon before sunset is the best time imho.🌿☺🌸

Always rebuilding it but great for concerts and close to all the restaurants and bars
Very scenic, not much in the way of excitement unless you are boating. Plenty of photo ops for the camera inclined.
After the hurricane boats are left abandoned and tore up the little floating docks the city paid a couple million dollars to build. The boat and all the damage and debris is a terrible eye sore. Just one derilck boat amongst many
Excellent local spot impressively, curated, wine selection. Initially, I thought the large selection of orange wines involved the fruit somehow, but our waiter explains that it is still a well-known grape wine, but the name simply comes from the colo
I love a good Irish pub and am so beyond happy my mom & I decided to stop in for the Tuesday fish + chips special!!! Outstanding authentic pub atmosphere. Our server, Kaliyah, heightened our dining experience. She was super kind and attentive, and ma
Heard about them and had to give them a try. First off the people are so nice and welcoming. Tried some new things they suggested and was blown away by the flavors. So much food at a great price and a ton of drinks and sodas I have never seen before.
