Must have 5 STARS. Free Parking, Free beach access, Fantastic OFF LEASH Dog area. Plenty of white sand. Plenty of room for kids, dogs, and adults that want to be kids, to run around and get wet. Some primitive trails best to wear "water shoes". Look for some "Pink" shells and just have a good time. Our dog just loved it and ran all over with his new friends. At the end of the play time there is a fresh water spray to clean off the dogs and save the inside of your vehicle.

This is easily the best dog park I and my fluffy little monster have visited. It's tucked away and 90% sand bar. Your pup can be In the water all day without actually having to swim. I 100% recommend going! We drive 45 minutes to get there, I promise it's worth the trek.

Great spot to take the dog, big or small. Water is clean, calm and beach area I. Low tide is plenty big for them to splash around and have fun. Take a lawn chair and relax

Went for the first time to Bonita Beach dog beach. It's an odd beach, because you have to walk through water and mangroves to get to it. So if you're by yourself and packing a lot of stuff, it can be a little tough. But it's worth it. The beach is very very large. There are hundreds of dogs at one time. You can let them off leash, if you can call them back and they listen. Most dogs did not listen as well, so there's some leeway provided. There is one monitor onsite. But I didn't see him stop anything including aggressive behavior between dogs. But he's probably so used to it, because the aggressive behavior didn't last very long. There was no true dog fights or drawing of blood. The beach is beautiful. The sand is light. There's enough room on a beach to park an umbrella. But it is very crowded. The beach was crowded, but there was still lots of parking when I got there. I recommend this beach and I had to drive 45 minutes to get to it.

We go here every weekend. We bring the paddle board (especially when it's high tide). The boys have such a good time !

Excellent place for dogs to run. Make sure you go at low tide so you can get to the beach.

Not much in the way of a beach, the whole area floods and is overgrown. But there is plenty of fishing spots and it is dog friendly with available water spigots. Average rating, but very beautiful.
