If you are looking for a cheap hotel with a kitchenette in your room this is the place. They offer no coffee, no breakfast and no housekeeping. I spent a week here and they never gave towels or emptied garbage. If you want clean towels you have to bring your dirty ones downstairs. They also do not clean the common areas. The people that work there are not helpful and most times do not answer the house phone.
Great high end place. Super nice. Couldn’t ask for more. I’m super happy with all the accommodations. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was perfect. I only stay one night but the place I could have moved in it was so nice.
We are regular customers, have stayed many many times, because it is off the Elko casino strip and have been able to get a quiet room. On our way through one direction we booked the same room for our return trip, and they just gave to someone else, and stuck us in a room on the busy road, and then proceeded to tell me we couldn’t hear the road, clearly they have never been in that room, because it’s nothing but road noise. I hate being lied to. Poor service.
This was one of the nicest motels we have ever stayed in. The room was spacious and we loved having a full kitchenette with cooking and eating utensils. Will definitely stay again. The location is great, away from the freeway. Request a room facing the parking lot and not the street.

I had 22 rooms at the Ledgestone for four nights in June 2023. All of the teachers raved about how quiet and comfortable the Ledgestone is with all of their great amenities including laundry and fitness equipment. Terrific vending machine in the laundry room too that includes popcorn, candy bars, cupcakes, ChapStick and pain relievers. The staff is helpful and it is wonderful having a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Thank you Michelle Mota and your staff for being wonderful!|
