LeChateau The Manor B&B - Featured Reviews (23)
Such a welcoming place - we felt right at home! My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. A great choice for those who don't want to stay at a traditional hotel. We loved it! They made us a private breakfast on the back porch, left the lights on for us because they knew we would be getting back late, left us a sweet treat in our room, and wrote us a welcome note! Every detail was perfectly thought out and the Stormoen's accommodated us in every way! We would recommend LeChateau to everyone, and we are excited to return. Thank you Stormoens!!!!!!
Over the last 20 years I have traveled throughout the United States and have enjoyed staying at a variety of places, but I will say without a doubt that this place will remain in my heart and mind.
I was traveling through for work and decided I really wanted to stay here based on the pictures and reviews and boy am I ever glad that I did.
I had a bit of a time trying to make arrangements where I could talk as I was in the middle of a meeting and it worked out fine because of their flexibility and Mike, the owner was able to secure arrangements. I was so thankful for that.
Upon getting their his wife, Rachel greeted me... I'll say now that the both of them are absolutely amazing people... Without going on and on with a whole bunch of details I will tell you that this will be an experience that you will never forget the family that you meet will capture your heart and if you get an amazing chance to meet their kids they'll capture your heart too and you leave with a tight hug..
Then, when you get a restful sleep in one of the beautiful rooms you'll wake up to the most amazing breakfast one that you wish you had served to you everyday and if you want some company the kids will join you as well and maybe Rachel will also...
I tell you if I wish I could come there all the time....this is a memory that will stay with me forever- I feel like I made new friends and family ....

I will most definitely be back but next time be bringing my hubby.
Thanks to EACH OF YOU...
This place is in a beautiful old home that has been restored. Upon arrival you will receive a tour in history of the home. The owners are very gracious and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with an over abundance of towels, pillows, and blankets. Your breakfast the next day will be scrumptious. Enjoyed our stay and will return.
Cindy and I were lucky we found this beautiful house to stay at for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We made a reservation back in March. Rachael answered a lot of my questions and was very accommodating. We stayed 4-7 July, watching the fireworks from the front porch! Mike and Rachael made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The rooms were all beautiful, linens were outstanding, bed super comfortable. The cookies were a special treat! Breakfast was unbelievable! We were surprised and treated on the morning we left with an Anniversary gift! Can't say enough about our stay. Thanks Mike and Rachael for our stay!
This property is magnificent! It’s history is worth the trip. Yet the history is merely the beginning. The gardens and interior renovations are impeccably executed. The hosts, Faye and Bill, make guests feel like they have been lifelong friends. Their generosity, in sharing the elegance of this historic home, is a sincere vocation. Faye is a chef extraordinaire. Her breakfasts are worthy of a five star restaurant and the food is so plentiful, you won’t need to eat until dinner! If you are looking for relaxation and the experience of living in a beautiful Victorian “painted lady,” Le Chateau ( the Manor) Bed & Breakfast is the perfect location.
Our stay was extremely restful and gratifying and our hosts (Faye & Bill) made us feel like family. Yes, we may have imbibed in a few rum laced cocktails under the pagoda to enhance our experience, but the garden atmosphere was more intoxicating than the alcohol! It's like stepping back into the 1900's inside Le Chateau, being surrounded by the lavish furnishings and decorum. The rooms were elegant and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and included a 4 course meal. Brenda Faye is a fantastic chef with very colorful presentations, including unique and elaborate table settings. The weekend included a fantastic tour of a local cranberry plantation and farming process.||||We will be back!
We had a wonderful stay at the Manor. The room was gorgeous and comfortable in every respect. The home and gardens are simply beautiful. Faye's breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. We recommend this beautiful B&B to anyone looking for the old world charm.
A fabulous, comfortable, joyful, relaxing stay! The interiors are so beautiful and inviting, nothing has been missed or neglected. The breakfast is truly more than you could ever expect, my mouth is watering right now and I sure do miss Faye's cooking. The gardens are lovely, inviting and so lush.||I am so grateful for this fantastic experience!
They have provided high quality care for my pets for the last 20 years, and Dr. Ponce has never been wrong. Very caring staff. Very tough occupation to be in. Thank you for all that you do.
Our salesman Michael was phenomenal to work with! We had just started looking at mattresses and were in our infancy stages of purchasing a new mattress. We walked in and told him we were just looked and not at all wanting to purchase today and his ex
Such a wonderful memorial for amazing men and women! Interesting historical equipment and education! Thank God for these kinds of people in our world!!
Nice park with native plants, green lawn, and a performance stage and seating. I appreciate that they also keep the walls shoveled and clear in winter. Be aware that there are 3 steps with railing on the walkway along the riverfront. If you are usi
This is a great local coffee spot. It's a really cute shop and a great place to have a lunch date. The food is decent -- it's nothing spectacular or super unique, but it's tasty and well-priced. The coffee is also good. I'd much rather spend my money
Love snagging a coffee at Cravings!! The atmosphere is wonderful, with a modern interior and cozy outdoor seating area. The service is great and I am always pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend stopping in for a brew!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sportsmans, a bar and restaurant in Wisconsin, and I have to say, it was a real treat. The cheese curds were the kind you'd expect in this part of the state - crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, a t
Great local performance venue. This is both a wonderful resource for the schoolchildren to use in their productions and a working professional theatre. Many professional performances and events are held here every year, mostly arranged by the South W
