Absolutely disgusting!! We walked into the room hesitantly after passing 2 buckets full of water dripping from the ceiling with cigarette butts in it. Opening our room door the smell of mold and dirt hit us in the face with the air conditioning running so loud you couldn’t hear. I walked into the room and we sat our bag on the hardwood table as I looked around the tub was so dirty the bottom was stained brown and had what looked like cigarette burns on the sides. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket and 2 towels to put on the floor as I did not want to even take my shoes off. After pondering if we could actually somehow make it through a night there we opted to turn our keys back in and leave after one of the towels I put on the floor turned black from the refrigerator door touching it. How this place has any positive reviews is frightening. My husband was in the army for 22 years and has slept in the desert in bad conditions and even he refused to stay there. If this is how their rooms look I cannot imagine the food they would have served in the morning. I guess some just have a higher standard for cleanliness but this was beyond filth. My skin is still crawling. Zero stars should be given.
Upon arriving we noticed a strange smell.. still not sure what it was. Our room was absolutely disgusting and so were the rooms for all the other families from our group. Stains on the chests, poops stains, pee on the toilet, cigarette smoke smell. Let’s talk about the manager who’s bra-less daughter followed her around like a body guard. Later asking an another parent if they wanted party tonight. They have people who live here and drink all day by the pool. One child was at the hotel computer area all day and half of the night playing on a computer. No one was watching him and one guest threatened our children. I hate to even give them one star.
The room smelled moldy and musty, the towels were stained, the fixtures were dirty and the damn air conditioner made such a loud noise everytime it came on that I got very little sleep at all. If all the rooms are like the one I stayed in then you whole place need an upgrade or torn down and rebuilt. I can't comment on the continental breakfast as I didn't even bother to try it because I couldn't get the musty moldy smell out of my nose and throat. Also, the mattress on the bed was horrible.
Positive: The inside is beautiful. Quiet area easy to find and get to. I will definitely stay there again Negative: Only issue was Most rooms specify Smoking and Non, they didn't and I ended up in a Non. Negative: ""
We stayed here for only one reason - they not only allow dogs, they allow large dogs. So thank you to the hotel for that. Otherwise we would have been at one of the name brand hotels, because I am suspicious of places like this - and rightfully so. To start, there is no hotel sign on the side of the building where you drive into the parking lot and the parking lot is dark. The hotel building also looks dark from the outside, so I wondered if we were even in the right place. The lobby looked nice and I was surprised that such a nice hotel allowed dogs. But then I walked in the room. Old, ugly carpeting that looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed (there were pieces of plastic food wrapper and other assorted junk). Chipped paint and patches walls. Banged up furniture. Dirty lampshades. Dust everywhere (don’t look in the corners). I kept finding white flakes on the carpet and furniture; I think the popcorn ceiling is flaking off. The top of the microwave and fridge were so dusty that when I wiped them with a wet wipe the cloth was black. All the metal surfaces (TP holder, tissue holder, clothing rack, even a lamp) have either lost their finish or are rusting. The bathroom is disgusting - look at the picture of the bathroom vent (there is no exhaust fan). The grout is black (you can see under the sink that it used to be white) and there are black spots on the bathroom tile. I don’t think there were many people staying here, so it was relatively quiet, but I could hear one person coughing all night and could hear conversations in another room, so if it were crowded I don’t know how loud it would be (it is a long, long hallway with many rooms). Perhaps these are the rooms they give to the people with dogs, but there is no excuse for this. Other reviews say they are renovating but nobody said anything about that to us, and this room should have been renovated long ago. I could have forgiven some of the oddness if it were clean, but it was not. The night before we stayed, with our large dog, in a very nice Best Western in Texas. The room at the Le Bossier was only $100 for the night but they charged us $50 for our dog for one night. We couldn’t figure out if they have WiFi (they don’t appear to). The free breakfast is terrible. Do yourself a favor and get something at a nearby drive through. We truly could not wait to get out of there the next morning and I would not stay here again.
NOISY!!!! My AC was so loud, it scared me awake most of the night. My toilet ran all day and night until it just stopped working. The hotel itself is cute but needs a serious face lift
Not for me. An absolute labyrinth with the single worst room numbering system I have ever seen. Back tank of toilet was so full of black ick that it had to be smacked to dislodge the muck to flush. Apparent blood stain on comforter stood out like a sore thumb upon entry to the room. Do not recommend for most travellers. This is a construction workers and extended stay clients mainly.
The hotel has great potential for large hosted events. The Ballroom stage and conference room spaces are a good size. The bedding and bathrooms were clean. I had a slight hiccup at checkin where i asked for double beds and got a room with a single bed. However, it was quickly resolved and hotel staff was friendly. The meals that were provided were good, (not great) but i was genuinely satisfied. The rooms are clean but carpeting and some features are slightly dated, but I hear they are currently renovating. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I do hope our venue can continue to conduct future business there. Thank you for hosting our event.
Room was super clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. Front desk attendant came out immediately at both check in and check out. Super nice and pleasant despite working on a holiday. Truly appreciated!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this location that perfectly blended convenience, cleanliness, and top-notch service. Nestled within walking distance of the vibrant Louisiana Boardwalk, casinos, and an array of delightful food establishment
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Bossier City, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, excellent amenities, and a few minor issues that didn't overshadow the p
This was the cleanest hotel Iâve had the pleasure of staying at in a long time. As somebody who travels frequently for work & pleasure and tries to stick with Hilton brand this says a lot. Every part of the hotel was spotless and smelled so clean!
I joined Aspire Yoga Center about a month ago. I was extremely nervous at first because I have never done yoga or pilates before, so I wasnât sure what to expect. I met with Emma to get my membership started, and she answered all my questions and g
I took the class that was offered at Great Raft Brewing. First time trying CrossFit, I was a little intimidated, but Markâs explanation and demonstration put me at ease. Such a fun workout, I am feeling it today (quads are on fire!). Would recomme
I was a first time customer this morning. I ordered one of their seasonal drinks, the Great Pumpkin. It was really good, not too sweet not too strong or bitter either. Just perfect honestly. I also ordered an almond croissant & that was delicious. Th

Ashley has a great personality! She was helpful and definitely does not follow the standard customer service (or lack there of) I am used to getting when I am here for business. (*see âShrevedâ in the Urban dictionary. ) The food smells amazing
Great 24 hour gym, depending on the time of day you can have the place to yourself for the most part. Gym goers are fairly kinda and aren't rude. A perfect place to start or continue one's workout journey
