I love the ambience of the studio and the consistent yogic message of the teachers. Leap provides asana challenge with love to foster growth and transformation. Every class is exactly what I need every time I’m on my mat, and I am so grateful for this fantastic location with stellar teachers!
I love LEAP yoga! It's like coming home - very welcoming and non-competitive. I love the spiritual nature of the darkness, the incense, the soothing repetitive instructions. I love the wide variety of classes available. Always plenty of parking. I always feel 1000 times better when I leave, even though I ache everywhere!
I couldn't be happier with Leap Yoga. From the moment I entered this place, I knew it was the right yoga studio for me and my family. Every instructor has its unique way of teaching and offers something new for your practice. It's the only place that helps me relax and clear my mind after a long day at work. Thank you all so much for everything you do! Me and my sons love being a part of your community ❤️!
Butch was wonderful in my first morning class! The staff was very welcoming too. Thanks so much!
Wonderful studio with excellent instructors and a wide variety of classes. Beautiful clean space!
Fantastic owners & teachers. Terrific studio: clean, bright. Your flexibility (this IS yoga - we are supposed to be flexible) and accommodation during these COVID times has been amazing and appreciated! You have made it easy for me to continue a regular yoga practice. I appreciate and love all of you! BFF Mahalo & Aloha ~Lorin B

The workouts are AMAZING because you never do the same thing twice. All the exercises work multiple muscle groups at the same time and you combine that with the interval training and I'm burning lots of calories. It's not uncommon for me to burn 700
