I’ve gone to many gyms over the last few years and I have never been so motivated and excited to get up at 540 am for 6am classes like this before. The energy and positivity EVERY trainer at Leaks fitness gives you is second to none. They treat their clients with the utmost professionalism and make you feel as you are apart of their family. Robbie has done a fantastic job running such an establishment and puts all his time and effort into every member of his gym. Needless to say, I look better , feel better, have more mental clarity and I am constantly pushed in a positive way to achieve my goals. I love it here! Leaks fitness is not just a gym it’s a family. I’ve grown to know all the staff and most members and it’s always a fun, great experience and I never dread going to boot camp. Recovering from back surgery 2 years ago I never thought I’d be where I am today. Thanks to Leaks I’ve completed 2 5ks that I ran the whole time because they’ve taught me I can and I can’t means I won’t. I won’t lie it’s hard work but it’s an amazing feeling and I hate when I can’t get there.

6 months ago I walked into leaks fitness prepared to change my life. I met with Robbie and began the initially scary journey to get back on track. We began with an assessment and a plan was put together. I go 3 days a week and could not be happier! My blood chemistry is better, my physical and mental health is better and I owe all of it to the Leaks program! All this time I have not just been treated as a client I have felt like family! My wife also attends and feels the same! Leaks has welcomed us with open arms and I’m happy to say Robbie and his family have become a huge part of my life!

Rob Leaks and his team over at Leaks Fitness are the best! Help me get out bad habits and back into shape after COVID. Very knowledgeable and personal training sessions helped me learn a lot and set me up to eventually succeed on my own. I will definitely be going back for future sessions!

Best fitness center ever. The staff is motivating, encouraging and positive. All fitness levels are welcomed and supported. There aren’t enough words to encompass the community and feeling of acceptance that you would feel at the LAB. It’s just something you have to experience yourself. If I have one complaint it’s that I can’t go more often 👍🏼💜
