I am truly grateful to have worked with Leak Technologies. After 3 years of dealing with a leaking skimmer that was installed by another pool company, Kevin and his team came out to see me within a couple of days of me contacting them. They subsequently got me scheduled very quickly and had the repairs done before the Fourth of July holiday. The work was completed in less than a day. They offer a 10 year warranty on the skimmer replacement. Kevin is kind, empathetic, reasonably priced and truly stands behind his work which he proved in the form of a warranty. Very grateful for their team.

Expert. This was the third time that I’ve hired a leak detection service in 40 years of owning homes and swimming pools and spas. Kevin proved to be the fastest, the most accurate, and most reasonable in a business that is part science and part art. He found a leak in a small piece of PVC plastic buried a couple of feet under the cement apron of my pool. His men cut a little square about 10“ x 10“ and in less than a day repaired the cracked elbow. The price is charged by Leak Technologies are absolutely a bargain when you consider what is at stake and the degree of difficulty of their work. Thank you Kevin.

Leak Technologies did an amazing and professional job diagnosing the leak in my pool. Kevin was expeditiously able to detect the source of my leak. I had contracted for a complete assessment but he was able to identify the leak in his first area of observation and, consequently, did not charge me for a full assessment. Kevin is one of the most ethical business owners I have ever had the privilege of working with. He repaired the leak during the same service call. Had a major leak within our hot tub leading into the pool. Called Leak Tech, Kevin and Kevin showed up and did a comprehensive leak test and pinpointed exactly where the leak was coming from. Gave me an estimate and also made sure to let me know that when they open up the area they will keep me posted on any further issues. After fixing the main issue they then tested again, found more leaks, then tested again found another, and finally no leaks. Their commitment to doing the job properly, ensuring there were no future issues and even fixing items that were just done wrong by the previous pool builder, just top notch. Obviously with more work came more cost, however they were open, reasonable and made sure I had all the options to choose from before moving forward. Their recommendations for fix were ultimately what we chose as they were the right ones. The final product was amazing. The leak fixing was top notch, but the care they took to put the stones back in the EXACT proper spot, cement them in to look natural like the rest and try to match the concrete color for the spots they had to cut made it look like almost nothing was done. It is hard to find people who truly take pride in their work, and leak tech from the leadership to the crews all embody the the essence of excellence and quality. If I ever had any issues again, there is no one else I would ever even consider calling. Leak Tech are simply THE BEST in the business.

After subpar service from another leak detector (who left without fixing all the leaks), I had to find another reputable company in the area. The quoted price and assurance of warranty were reasonable. The only negative was the long wait time to get an appointment. With that said it was also an indication of a business in demand. Kevin came out, exactly on time, and found the issue fairly quickly. It was a crack in the light on the bottom of the spa. Unfortunately, he was not able to take the light off because it was literally stuck to pebble. And since the pool was recently remodeled, it was more prudent to call that crew to get the light off in case there were other issues around it. But, Kevin promised to come back and fix the leak once the light is off. After another few weeks of waiting, Kevin did come back and patched the leak. All for a reasonable price. He explained in detail what was done, the possible limitations of the fix the guarantee of the fix within a reasonable time horizon. Our pool is old so I expect it will leak again at some point. I now know who to call and will recommend Kevin to friends with pool as the person to do the job.

Excellent service professional work fair price. Kevin suggested 2 steps diagnostics and repair. he conducted the diagnostics , explained where the leak was and the repair options. He said he can do the repair but left it for us to choose. We had no doubt and right on the spot asked him to do the repair, we also asked to schedule the repair ASAP as the leak flooded our neighbor's garden. Kevin, albeit fully booked, scheduled the work to the following day. His workers did an excellent job and pushed themselves to get the work done in a single day instead of 2. Excellent and clean work. The leak is gone, and our neighbor's soil is drying quickly. We cannot thank Kevin enough,. We highly recommend.

I spoke with Kevin send him the pictures and he talked to the leak detector about the leak in a swimming pool he Stated that he will send me a proposal for $1500. I have called him multiple times over 4 days. He never return my phone call. After four days finally I spoke with his father Kevin Senior who said he didn't want to call me because his son was wrong. He asked for $3000. Very dishonest, unprofessional and poor judgment. I would not recommend these deshonest people. They should be reported to licensing Bureau in state of California for the unprofessionalism and dishonesty

Kevin and his team were beyond amazing. The work is well worth the wait [if you even have to wait!!] He was able to diagnose my issue and fix it so quick. I will 100% be going back to him for any other issues.
