I took a women self defense class with my MOPS group and had the most fun learning how to protect myself & my family. I learned the proper punch stance, clear and decisive phrases to shout, how to be more alert and found out how I strong my body is with empowering movements ! I Highly recommend this experience.

Always enjoy watching the new ladies learn a lot!! The existing Krav Students learn with a specific focus on personal safety and protective instincts. Master Brown is a Master in this field. He teaches in a way that makes the skill set easy to learn and easy to apply. Well done ladies! Great fellowship and learning that will last a lifetime!

The staff is amazing! Very approachable and friendly. My daughter has been attending her for almost a year now. Her daily life has changed, increasing her leadership, respect, and overall courage.

My kiddos are 6 & 7 years old. My daughter is 6, and is doing extremely well. She has developed nicely in work ethic and discipline in a very short amount of time. My son is 7 and on the spectrum. His core was weaker than most kids, and he needed additional discipline, structure, and physical awareness. The patience, professionalism, and kindness that the staff has shown has been amazing. His progress has been amazing. Mr. Brown is our usual instructor, and he does an amazing job of keeping control, and and keeping the class flowing. He is constantly giving the class life applications for what he is teaching, and we appreciate that. Miss Williams was a guest instructor a few weeks ago, and she taught a lot of stuff in class that transfers to life. I truly appreciate that. Sportsmanship, manners, and things of that nature are very important to me and my family. It was great to see it reinforced in that environment, and in that manner. I truly appreciate these folks and their approach to training, and recommend them to anyone in any situation!

I attended the Women’s Self Defense Clinic last Saturday, and it was very informational. The service was amazing and I would greatly recommend that others go there if they wanna be in a nice safe environment on their growth journey.
