Le Sage Riviera Mobile home park is close to San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach and other great coastal California towns. Le Sage Riviera MHP guests enjoy local beaches, the adjacent golf course, and strolling along the boardwalk overlooking the Pacific Ocean sand dunes.
Perfect spot near dunes. Workers are So Friendly could not ask for better service or people to camp around. All amenities you could need for a camper, 5th wheel or Rv. First time here but we will be returning for longer stay trips in the future💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽
Lets start with the check in. Being disabled I found it strange that you had to park across the street then walk unto the property to the office. Wait...no I could not go there as the office is not handicap accessible. No ramp and steep steps. No sure with ADA requirements if that is ok. Good thing my wife was with me so she could do the registration.|| Next I found that the wanted to charge me $8 a night more than my unit size. The reason was, "our computer adds 3 feet to what you say your RV is". ||So I get to the site and it is all gravel. Hard to navigate a walker on it. It would be imposable with a wheelchair. The site looked new and instead of terracing it they just let it slope. Had to nearly lift the right side tires off the ground to make it level. ||When I went to plug in for power I found only 30 amp service although the web site stated 30 and 50 amp. What they did not tell you is that there are only 6 50Amp sites in the whole park, I believe. When my wife asked about that she was told it was $47 more for the 4 night stay. ||When we took our dog to the dog park we found it was all gravel also. Poor dog, 40 pound cattle dog could barely walk on it and could/would not do his business.||
I went between a 2 and 3 start rating but in the end decided I wouldn't stay here again. The only pros are that it is clean and it is a super close walk to the beach. It's a small campground and they really squeeze you in. It is supposed to be pet friendly but by that it only means dogs are allowed. The dog area was just a small area of rocks. There was no grass anywhere. They don't enforce the quiet hours. We had people near us that were outside drinking, being loud, and playing music until after midnight so they don't enforce quiet hours. We did not say anything to the office but did find it interesting there doesn't seem to be anyone on site at night to address something like this. They have quite a dip leaving and we scraped pretty bad because they allow guest/visitor parking on the street right by the exit. In order to get around a truck parked there we had to go out in a way that made us scrape the hitch horribly so be cautious. If you just want something close to the beach and don't care about anything else this place is for you otherwise I would find something else.
lived in the mobile home park for a year. The spot was amazing, so close to the beach, but not worth all the problems it came with. This place can’t keep an on site manager for there life, definitely because of the district manager. Also, should be 55+ with all the Karen’s that own homes there. The Karen’s are ruining the rental beach paradise experience. Not worth the rent $$$. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Living experience ⭐️👎🏼
Unfortunately I guess we are considered trailer trash and not allowed to stay at this park. Granted our trailer is 16 years old, immaculate inside but due to weather exposure the decals on the outside have partially peeled off. No other damage on the outside with exception of an approx 4" scratch. We made reservations, paid the deposit, and were asked to send in pictures of our fifth wheel. Once we did that, we received a call stating that the manager had declined our reservations due to the appearance of our trailer. We will continue to stay at and enjoy all the others in the Pismo, Oceano, Avila, and Grover Beach area that allow us. Funny how this was the ONLY park with openings at the last minute!
Well kept campground. You can walk a short distance to the ocean
I had a last minute change of plans and had to find new places to stay on a weekend. Thankfully they had a spot for me so I took it since many places were booked. For the price it isnt the best. The spaces are extremely close together, it is all pavement, gravel and rocks. The dog "area" is a very small area along the fence that is all rocks, it should not be considered a dog area. There are no fire pits so you have to bring your own, not something most travelers have. It is off of a very busy road, they state that they have a "sound barrier" wall but it does basically nothing. I was along that wall and the traffic is very loud all night as well as trains blaring their horns very early in the morning. The best part of this park is that it is a very close walk to the beach! I was able to walk my pup down there a few times during my one night stay. It took us about 6ish minutes to walk there and then enjoyed the water and sand before heading back for dinner. Then went back for sunset and for a morning walk. So as far as location goes, it is a good location being near the beach and not far from downtown Pismo.
We've stayed here before. The location is great. However, just like everything these days, they are trying to make more money by packing in as many as they can. The problem is, even with our smaller trailer we were forced to sit in camp chairs that we had to rearrange continuously so as not to he hit by big motor homes turning sharp around the corner. We had a picnic table, but it was on the wrong side and couldn't be moved unless we wanted to smell the neighbors septic. The roads between isles were so narrow we had a hard time leaving out the driveway. A lot of long term stay patrons. We would rather have been told they were booked up, than be packed in. Some things shouldn't be about money.
I had been looking for a gym since I moved here. I tried quite a gyms in my area but I found the best gym to be Central Coast Barbell. This gym gives you an old school bodybuilding feeling. They have all the equipment you need. If you are like myself
We went last Sunday for our anniversary dinner and WOW. 10/10 recommend this restaurant to anyone on food and service. Food was AMAZING, our waitress was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Very attentive and polite :). (Iâm so sor
Good hazy IPAs, good pizzas, nice outdoor patio seating. $20 for pizza and a beer is a decent deal, and this place had the best brews I've tried in the Pismo area so far...
This place is great. It was a random choice to stop for food, and I'm happy I chose La Tapatia. The place itself didn't promise a lot, but feedbacks were good. And indeed, burrito was delicious, and I also got large ripe papaya for good price. Thank
It's a cute little place right off a Grand that has some wonderful bahn mi! Definitely would recommend come here if you're in the Grover Beach area. The bahn mi has a really flavorful sauce in it that gives it a nice little kick to it while combining
The place is clean, service is fast and friendly, good selections on their menu, classic thai food are available. Parking is a bit limited, street parking available, front and side of store. I first ordered their boat noodle soup, but not available.
Our go to for breakfast spot...well to pickup and take to eat on the beach. Pic is of their breakfast burrito we ate today with (bacon, ham, sausage, salsa, cheese, taters) all fresh. Feeds my wife and I. We always call in, employees are polite, and
