Nice pavilion with a fire pit (gas?) Picnic table and beautiful views. I didn't see any wheel chair access. A good place to stop and stretch and have some lunch. I didn't see any bathrooms (I wasn't looking though)
About 7,000 feet high. Amazing views, especially if you have binoculars. This is a public space, so no entry fee required. There are signs that point out where all the cliffs, peaks, and other national parks are from this view. There are only steps up to the outlook. There is plenty of parking in a lot of the side of the road. No restrooms or any other services available.
The view from this location is amazing, however, there are no restrooms. It's a nice place to stretch out though.
Google shows this as rest stop. This is not a rest stop. It’s just a vista pointe. Do not or you cannot spend the night here. It has no facilities or lights. The three stars is really for google. This place is still nice to walk around in day time.
The views from here are tremendous, you can clearly see the steps in the Grand Staircase. There is a large parking area so RVs can stop but there are about 10 steps to the top and no wheelchair ramp so this place is not Handicap Accessible
A vast painting of natural formations and nature's beauty exposing the different layers of the earth's crust.
Nice beautiful overlook of the flats and even mountains on the other side. You can see an old ranch from up here too. Plenty of parking and definitely worth a stop. Enjoy the lower temperature before you finally hit the flats because it gets hotter down there. An amazing lookout for a sunrise or sunset hitting the flats and vermillion cliffs.
Great stop to stretch your legs and take in the views of the Utah landmarks down below. Pine trees offer shade and a great change of scenery from the rocky desert below. Protected picnic area makes for a stop off for a meal. There are not any restrooms at this area.
A hidden gem. You need to stop here. Good parking. Was able to get my motorhome in there. A fascinating museum packed with local artifacts. This was an eye opening look into the past. I saw artifacts I've never seen displayed anywhere else. I took a
Room was perfect. King bed, bathroom... what more do you really need? Dinner was delicious. They may be slightly understaffed but it didn't affect the quality of the meal. Canned local (Arizona) beer was $3.25 per can. Didn't want to have to purchas
