Their technology and product is just short of a miracle! I had five days of amazing video from our Mediterranean vacation suddenly read "SD card error" reformatting was the only solution according to my camera. I was devastated! Daniel at LT Tech helped me retrieve every lost file fairly quickly! Never thought this was possible. 100% recommend them.

I mistakenly formatted my SanDisk SD card before saving my videos on the card. Activating my RescuePro key that came with the card purchase, I attempted to recover the videos, but could only get the photos that were on the card. I called RescuePro and, since I am in close proximity to their offices, they invited me to drop the card off so they could see why the video wasn't recoverable. They worked on it for several days, and recovered the videos! I was never made to feel like I was asking for too much, and I had a strong feeling that they were going to persevere because their curiosity of what kept their program from finding the video outweighed the time allocation concerns. They are still researching the problem, because they want to make sure their software does what it says! These guys are the best!

I've used these guys since the begging of time, there's not many companies in the world who can do what they do. They've developed and acquired shcematics for many SSDs and thumbdrives over many years and AFAIK they're the world leader in doing these types of recovery jobs. Not many people know this. Calling them for a recovery job feels like calling a celebrity. It's like having Michael Jordan on speed dial for those times when your basketball team needs a little help. I'm writing this review today because I sent them a rare obscure model thumbdrive and they're creating a new schematic.

I'm a retired (sort of) Columnist/Journalist/Photographer everything I do ends up in my computer, today for the first time while loading some photos my computer crashed and wiped out all the photos on my SanDisk Extreme Pro card. I never before even looked that much at their "Rescue Pro" sticker on the package from Amazon, thought it was some kind of VooDoo come-on. Folks, it ain't. I had to use a magnifying glass to read all the numbers and how to get it to work but it did. It recovered all the photos that my iMac said it ate. Truth: Most of the time I have the 12 year kid next door come over and fix all the stuff I do trying to be computer smart, I'm not, but I got this rescue thing to work (I'm 72 figure that out) BY MYSELF so if I can do it you should not have any issues. By their stuff, I did and frankly story-wise today it saved my arse..

I was so sad because I’ve heard great things about this company. Sent an SD card back in January. Got an email from Daniel Shimkus saying the card had been received and they were running diagnostics and would keep me updated. It’s been 48 days and I have heard nothing despite my several emails and phone calls. Every time I leave a message with an actual person no one calls me back. At this point I’d just like my SD card back. **Update I received one answer and have since been ghosted again.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I just got back from a trip with gopro hero10 footage - that I needed urgently for work - stored on a brand-new-but-corrupted SD card. The gopro wouldn't recognize it, my PC wouldn't recognize it either. I talked to gopro and sandisk, plus downloaded and tried ibeesoft and recuva recovery software and neither one of those worked. Then I called LC Technology, talked to a real person on the phone (thanks Chris), and bought the RescuePro Deluxe software. I was skeptical after my prior attempts at recovery with the two other software options. I was ready to send my card into LC's lab for manual recovery at much higher $$ but they suggested I try their off-the-shelf software first. IT WORKED! The recovery processed overnight, and all my 4k video files are now stored on my hard drive and off the corrupted SD card. Best 60 bucks I ever spent. THANK YOU!!
