Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar - American restaurant in Dunwoody - 4532 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, USA

I like Lazy Dog, when I'm alone I love to sit at the bar and there's ample space/room at the bar here. The atmosphere is nice but this place was packed last time I visited and it was a weekday so I was quite surprised. Service was really good and my server was extremely courteous and helpful. Had the salmon which was very good but the accompanying rice was too dry and overcooked for my liking. The sauce helped though. Will try another dish next time, probably something with chicken or steak.

Food was delicious. I had to order to go because I was working but everything was superb. The bison burger is by far the best bison burger I have ever had. It was juicy but well done (the way I like my burgers). The fries were crispy but still soft in the middle. The apple slaw was okay. I’m not huge on vinegar based slaws but the apple pieces helped it some. The banana pudding was also tasty. All in all, I enjoyed and would recommend.

The food was excellent. The BBQ Bison meatloaf presented beautifully and had a perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors. With a large group of 12 people, we had good service but it took a little long for our food order to be taken. However we were seated right away and drinks were fast and kept filled. Fantastic restaurant!

First time coming here and it definitely won't be my last. From the get-up, customer service here was outstanding, front the hostess to our server Jason. Really patient with us, explained the menu and co signed on our orders, even threw out a few other options. We had the lettuce wraps for starters and they were a mouthful of favors--incredibly delicious. I didn't have much hope for the cucumber salad it came with, but I was wrong all of it was delicious. I had the chicken katsu sando, amazing. perfectly fried and the slaw added a great crunch. My hubby had the caesar salad (dressing is as good as carrabas) and the bbq bacon burger, all plates cleared. Great food, service and atmosphere, come see Jason!

Food was pretty good and atmosphere was good as well. Just wish the waiter was a little more attentive. We had to ask for straws for our drinks, didn’t get appetizers until after our main meal, and had to remind/ask about our Togo order that we put in. I will still come back because food was tasty.

Lazy Dog is my regular lunch spot when I’m in Atlanta. I’ve been to several locations several times. This place is consistently great. Good beer selections , huge menu ( it’s all been good ) and great service ! I always get the gingerbread house for the kids during Xmas time :)

Happened upon the Lazy Dog the other day and so happy that we did! Made from scratch food, great ambiance and outdoor covered seating, just a really cool space! Our server was Portia and she did an amazing job! Super sweet and knowledgeable! The food came out quickly and was truly delicious! We can’t wait to go back!!

First time dining with Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, and I am so glad I did! Great menu and a 'from scratch' kitchen, allowing me to tailor my dish choice. A great cocktail, wine, and beer selection... and a wonderful menu, overall. The only downside.... I couldn't try one of everything! Do yourself a favor and stop in! Great, friendly, and attentive staff who maintained the welcoming atmosphere! I highly recommend it!
