We hired Adriana for Microsoft Word and Excel training. She responded to our email immediately and we were able to set up training sessions that were convenient for employees working remotely in different time zones. Training was excellent and Adriana was super helpful and receptive to employees reaching out with follow-up questions and sessions. She is professional, friendly, patient, and has a gift for communicating with employees of all skill levels.
