UPDATE: I dropped my rating down a star due to inconsistencies in pricing. I've been here probably 10 times since my first visit this summer because of the phenomenal price of my go-to drink ~ its cheap cost is the main pull that brings me back again & again. However, my usual barista hasn't been here and there's been inconsistency with the price every time I order ~ probably because of how the staff is trained. But my order price has changed 3 times. I think my loyalty lies with my usual barista and not Lavena Cafe.
ORIGINAL: Small-scale, charming local coffee / bubble tea shop.
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
It's within the Publix Supermarket Plaza. The private parking lot out front is massive. You'll never have a difficult time finding a free available space.
II. SERVICE
You order at the register & the person taking your order brings the beverage TO you (rather than screaming your order out for you to come get it yourself). I've been to many cafes and none do this high tier service.
III. QUALITY
The coffee here doesn't fall below standard. And can I just mention how GREAT the prices are? My large iced americano was $3.22 with the syrup & oatmilk added ~ unheard of.
What I really love about Lavena Cafe is the vast amount of sugar free syrup options you can add to any beverage to "spice it up" ~ brown sugar, caramel, hazelnut, etc. No guilt.

I've visited this cute little cafe numerous times this year. The food and boba tea are always great to enjoy within their quaint soothing atmosphere. They have some delicious pastries as well if you into the sweets. Very cool place to check out for a quick bite of something good 👍
So underrated!! Me and my friends have been going here for a long time and I absolutely love this place. The 2 employees that work there are so nice. The food and drinks are always really good. If I had to recommend one of their bubbly teas I would tell you to get the honeydew with strawberry popping. And all of the food is super good I really like the bao buns and the french toast. The atmosphere in there is really nice and it is a great space for working. If you are in the Alpharetta area check it out! It’s not my favorite tea but it might be my favorite boba place just for the great vibes in there.
I am OBSESSED with Lavena Cafe. Please come support this lovely local business. It is so rare to find a café that has affordable prices, tasty food/coffee and a quiet atmosphere to come get some work done. The baristas are very kind as well and the overall energy of the space is very peaceful and homey. Definitely recommend!
Quiet cafe that I stopped by to make a few phone calls and get a snack. Very friendly staff. I had a ban bao that had cod fillet and it was good. My friend had the teriyaki chicken bao that was also good. The bobas here are less sugary than other bubble tea spots around town, which I appreciated. All in all, a promising low-key spot.
The foods were really fantastic. It reminded me of Thailand so much. The owner was very nice. The place is really clean and cute. I would definitely go back again.

Itâs absolutely amazing place. Ron and Cici are amazing. It feels like, small close knit community. Hope they also open a center close to work in Lawrenceville, GA. They put a welcome note for new joiners & a thank you card which is very touching.

Wonderful playground to take the kids. They have a separate are for the little ones which is really nice. Itâs also closed off so the kids canât escape or run towards the road. Definitely will be taking my toddler more often.
