This place is a hidden gem! Beautiful property, the room was big and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was so helpful and kind. We got a double room and it was beyond our expectations for the price. Hunter was so sweet and went above and beyond to help us with your every need. I will definitely come back and stay longer next time. This place is great! Breakfast buffet was perfect and cheap. Also they were very dog friendly, which is a huge plus! Just a warning- the dog fee is $50.

This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed in my life. When we got there, it appeared as if no one was working there. We had to hunt someone down to be able to check in. The room was absolutely repulsive. It had definitely not been cleaned and there was a giant hairball still in the bathtub. One of the beds didn't have a sheet, and the bed with sheets was absolutely filthy. When we told staff, they gave us a 99% empty bottle of cleaner and a roll of paper towels to take care of it ourselves. We had planned to stay there again on our trip home, but after one night we couldn't stand to stay in such a disgusting place again. We were given the runaround with several phone numbers and no way to actually contact a human to talk about a refund for the night we didn't stay. We would have been better just sleeping in our car. Absolutely awful.

This place is a hidden gem that is highly underrated here on TripAdvisor. Let me tell you about my stay…||The food and service in the main lodge are fantastic! It’s a quaint little place with a souvenir shop and supplies along with a full bar and dining menu. Prime rib, fresh, homemade beignets, homemade potato salad…all wonderfully prepared. ||We dined the second night on the lodge patio and it was lovely! The view, the food, the weather…All servers were SO friendly. We ended up calling them by name like a friend. Note: The corporate people add a 20% tip to every bill, so watch that. We were fine with that and even tipped extra because they go above and beyond. ||The room was absolutely fine for the money we paid. Bathroom was small, but the vanity was outside the shower/ toilet area. It’s old school quaint and all you need. We consider it a value compared to prices in the area. I’m not sure about the bad reviews…||The outside could use some work…weed removal, etc. but they have only been open for the season for 7 days and the server told me it snowed here a week and a half ago. Maybe they will get to that.||One thing to note: there is no air conditioning. We were there in early June when the weather was 40 degrees at night, but 70’s in the afternoon, so it was fine. ||If I. Ever in this area again, I’ll definitely be back!

Place is For Sale. IT SHOWS. Party of six (6) cabins for 6 days and all were awful in various respects. Dirty, missing light bulbs, frigs not working properly so we shared! Toilets not working. LP leaking stove so they shut it off!!. One with no TV. Our kitchen sink leaked so a pail was underneath catching water. My god...fix it. Final bills were all over the place for totals???? The grounds were totally overgrown and debris all over. Broken window with glass on the ground. Weeds knee high and more. This place COULD be stunning but it is totally neglected . The staff all gave it their best but can only do so much with absolutely NO management or directions. Just ask them!! Don't buy a bar drink without knowing the price......$18 for a bloody mary made with tomato juice. Good luck to any new owners...you have your hands full with a diamond in the rough. Done.......

We arrived mid afternoon in July 19, 2024 after a hot bike climb over Togwotee Pass to meet the friendly proprietor Tina who had us partaking in the fantastic lunch buffet in no time. At 3 we checked into one of the cabins out back - 2 single beds up, double bed down and a sofa bed with kitchen and bathroom/shower. It was amazing after 5 days of camping. Ended our stay with another great buffet dinner. I’ve seen a few negative reviews (I am guessing due to staffing at the time which doesn’t seem to be an issue now) but can’t say enough about how really just right this was us - this is not big city hotel living but a perfect somewhat rustic but better for those who want a bit of country, friendly staff and comfortable lodgings.

The staff were incredibly nice. However, they were constantly short staffed… I had to clean our cabin… it had not been swept or mopped. My dog found an old chicken bone that she was trying to eat that we had to fish out of her mouth… the ceiling fans and underneath the bed and sofa were VERY dusty. They had not been cleaned in weeks (or months). We had to request a remote control for our television… once receiving it, our internet connection was VERY hit or miss. We reported the issue, but it was never resolved. We also had to request towels. We were initially given 3 towels and 2 washcloths for two adults for 4 nights. The kitchen sink was filled with dishes… I wasn’t sure if they were cleaned or not. There wasn’t any dish soap for me to wash them with, so I left them in the sink. The grass had also not been mowed in quite some time. I think this property has SUCH potential… and I really want to be able to give it a higher rating. Unfortunately, I would not stay again… nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

If you're looking for a Hampton, keep going, but if you're looking for a "get a way" where you can truly get a way... this is the place!!! I, personally, loved the fact that my phone didn't work very well as it gave me and my wife and kids time to reconnect. The views were amazing. The staff was awesome. The bed were.... beds. But we stayed in the cabin because we are cheap, lol. You get what you paid for, and all in all, I'd come back in a heartbeat!!

Terrible cabin, left after having to stay 1 night. Dirty towels and washcloths, no bulbs for dark stairway and loose toilet seat. Not taken care of at all. Box spring in the living space against window blocking view. No TV as in pictures. Had to find a table just to sit outside. Not all windows had screens to cool off the cabin at night. Duct tape holding up curtain rods. Curtain rod used as a shower Curtain rod. Shower was terrible with hardly any hot water for 1 of 3 people. Would love a refund!! Shameful to rent this out. Have taken photos and video to prove these comments. They photo copy ID and credit card and saved on computer. Not safe at all. Coffee pot needs thrown out. Water lines full of air. Never again although views were great.

Great customer service with a dog friendly outdoor seating area. Drive thru option as well though the parking lot is a tight squeeze so RV’ers I’d park off the main road and walk on in. Burger was DELICIOUS, fry’s were cooked just right. Kids a
