My stay at Laurel Mountain Cabins was by far the most relaxing getaway I’ve had. The folks taking care of us were amazing from start to finish. We received a warm welcome as everything we needed to know about the cabin and its amenities was well explained. We were provided with loads of information on things to do in the area, from hiking and sight seeing to local dining and entertainment options in town. The cabin itself was great! The setup gave it a cozy feel with plenty of space inside. The cabin was very clean and well organized, which made it easy to find the things we needed. The mountain views here were beautiful. Whether it was morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the deck was a great place to relax and just enjoy the scenery and wildlife. It was a great experience all around. A huge thank you to Scott, Iris and the team who helped make this a wonderful weekend for us! I will most definitely be returning in the future.

We loved our stay at Laurel Mountain Cabins, they make a wonderful vacation get away, beautifully set in the North Georgia Mountains of Hiawassee. This is our second stay here and we thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back again! The cabins are clean and comfortable, and have that cozy mountain cabin feel and décor. The back deck is superb for relaxing and taking in the mountain views. They are secluded, quiet and so peaceful, and yet just a 10 minute drive into town for restaurants, grocery store, cute shops, etc. The owners are on site and provide great communication before and during the stay. They have several cabin sizes to choose from, perfect for any family or group of friends. In our opinion they are the perfect vacation spot in the mountains!

Laurel Mountain Cabins is the most relaxing wonderful trip I have ever taken. Sitting on the back deck on our first day, I caught myself taking deep breaths and realized that I hadn't felt that relaxed in far too many years. We felt at home in the cabin right away. It had every amenity you could ask for. We spent every morning on the deck with our coffee watching the sun come up and every evening listening to the crickets. Everyday was an adventure hiking just some of the numerous local waterfalls. We truly cherish our time there and can't wait to go back. You will not be disappointed?

We were able to get away for a quick weekend trip and chose Laurel Mountain Cabins. I would highly recommend if you are visiting this area to rent one of these cabins! We rented the Aster cabin, so clean and decorated beautifully! The view is beyond amazing from the back deck. We were welcomed by Dennis and he went above and beyond to make sure we were familiar with the cabin and answered any questions we had. By far the best cabin experience we have ever had!

Dogwood cabin is perfect for a couple looking to getaway and enjoy relaxing! It has a king size comfy bed, big jetted tub with mountain views, porch to sit and relax with coffee, tea, or wine and watch the birds eat from the bird feeder while looking at the gorgeous mountains. You can cook in the kitchen and let the dishwasher clean the dishes! My husband and I loved this place and plan on coming back again for our next runaway from the city trip.

We got away for a few days and stayed at Laurel Mountain Cabins. It is so quite and serene. We loved sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee and watching the birds. The view of the mountains is amazing. We enjoyed trout fishing at Tallulah River and also hit up a few antique shops in Hiawassee and Dillard. What a wonderful getaway. Such a wonderful gem! I just stayed here with my partner for our anniversary and it was such a good choice. The whole experience was wonderful beginning to end! After making my reservation, I was given lots of information on the area, like dining, shopping, and nature experiences. It ended up being too cold to hike that weekend but the cabin was so incredible we didn't mind. We also got shown how to use all the controls when we arrived so we got to settle right in. (And my heart was warmed to find a hand made card waiting for us). The cabin is so cozy and romantic. Our back patio had a killer view and was so private. The bed was so comfortable and we loved having a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook. The fireplace was incredible and there's nothing better than coffee in the crisp mountain air (just bring your own ground coffee, as that isn't provided). I will definitely be recommending this to anybody who will listen. It's such a great little mountain vacation site!! I hope to return very soon.
