Would have been a great place when built 50+ years ago, but needs more investment and care to meet modern standards.
- floors / carpets need more frequent and deep cleaning, as they were tacky under foot
- rooms need daily opening up and airing out, as my room smelt musty from been closed up
- more electrical AC outlets, (my room had none for the fridge as was used by cable TV decoder) and had none at bedside
The reception staff are OK, and the continental breakfast could have more fruit available, but otherwise you almost get what you pay for.
Customer service at the front desk wasn’t very nice at first. House keeping/maintance and a lady at the complementary breakfast area was Very nice. Pool needed to be clean, they need to update the patio furniture and the WiFi only works for the front of the hotel. The room we stayed in needs to be updated had an odor and they need to do more housekeeping to the room more often.
Ewww. We got the 3 queen bed deluxe suite with a fireplace. Fireplace didn't work, the one & only TV didn't work, electrical outlets didn't work near the beds (charger falls out when you plug it in), didn't have a blow dryer, everything is old & gross. The street traffic was sooo loud! The breakfast was good at least.
we booked this hotel for our vacation. the sheets were nasty when I pulled back the comforter I found out sheets had multiple stains on them. the room had a funky smell I went to open the window only to find it had mold on the ledge and a cracked window with no screen. the floors were dirty. the chair in the room has so many stains on it. the hot tub was broken. we only had one night stand lol. the wallpaper was starting to peel and there were big cracks on the walls and the curtains were ripped. the only good thing I can say about it is that the bed and pull out couch were comfy. the breakfast they provided was pretty decent.
the room itself was big and spacious and sorta cleaned, however, The tv didnt work, the hair dryer didnt work and the shower felt like there was needles stabbing you. Not to mention i woke up to go to the bathroom during midnight and saw a huge bug 🪳 in the bathtub which was disgusting. there wasnt that much options for breakfast either. And it felt a lil unsafe at night. wouldnt stay here again
We got the room because it had 3 queen beds for our family of of 5. The room was big and the beds were good. But the room was dirty. The bathroom really needs an update. Hole in the carpet when you first walk in the room.
Bathroom ceiling was dirty and the ceiling and it is starting to peel. The window in the bathroom is nasty and needs to be cleaned.
Would be a great place if the room was refreshed and cleaned up.
What a dump. The Internet didn't work, the cable TV didn't work, the lock to the door didn't work. The whole place is falling apart honestly, even the bathroom door doesn't properly close. It seems like somebody in management visited a decent hotel once, but instead of making actual changes, they decided to try to add superficial additions, like a sliding barn door for the bathroom (which didn't fully cover the entrance) or triangular folded toilet paper ends.
When the front desk was alerted of the issues and asked to fix them, we had to complain for two days straight, and even then, they sent a maintenance man who didn't even have access to the Internet and couldn't fix it. When asked for a refund, staff gave an excuse about how the room can't be cancelled or refunded.
If you love to eat nothing but bread, that's the place to go, the only healthy things they had were mini mandarins and yogurt, but once the mandarins were done there was no more, the pool was filthy as hell, was told it was a warming pool but lies were told, we stayed in room 200 the fire place did not work an employee or manager told me that it didnt work for 2 years, then when my wife saw him he tells her its been busted for 4 years, so which is it🤷♂️. will not be staying here ever again avoid this place by any means necessary
We started here as part of a three winery tour on a Saturday. We were the only people there early in the day, and we had a long visit with the winemaker. The setting is perfection! We loved the wines. We would definitely recommend, and we will defini
