No real complaints here unless they can control the weather. Stayed there during the Grand Canyon Finals Rodeo. The place is neat and clean. Convenient with the casino right there as well. Got in late because of a flat tire and they were really cool about it. The spaces had plenty of room. The river is right there so the views are gorgeous. The drive to Laughlin proper is about 20 minutes north if you want to check out some other casinos, bars, entertainment, etc

My third visit here, beautiful casino but smoking is allowed there. The Mojave tribe put up their annual Elders volleyball tournament.

It’s quiet, aside from the occasional fireworks, and easy to load in & out. Guests also have access to the Avi’s private beach and pool which were a big plus for us. My only real complaint is that I paid more for a site that backs up to a grassy area. They were green and inviting in the photos online. But the grassy area was completely brown and dead. I had hoped the grassy area would leave it feeling a little cooler, otherwise I would have gotten one of the many pull through spaces available. Be aware, it’s hot there in Laughlin, and there’s virtually no shade. My a/c on my 6 month old travel trailer could not keep up with the 110+ degree temps.

03/2023 (warning a long post) Honestly we both agree a 2.5 ⭐️ is more appropriate Pros: dog park nice grass and fenced off leash area. Cons: not told ahead of time pool and hot tub are closed. Sites are close, gravel not cement. Wish when not full front desk would consider spacing out a little more. A couple next to us have been coming here for years staying for 4 months or more and agree park is loosing its zeal. Focused more on casino and not RV park. Roads are like a land mine Internet is spotty/weak. We used our hot spot to avoid aggravation. Cable is weak with poor reception and limited channels. We chose a back in spot next to golf course. Was nice for scenery however mowers are out 5-5:15am daily so if you sleep in heed the warning. Now ….. the lack of help with front desk. We pulled in on a Sunday and immediately had a slide problem. I called the 2 repair companies listed in the brochure given at check in. After over an hour and no call back we called another Individual whom said he wasn’t allowed on property without being licensed through the tribe. With the permission of compground he would come out. I went to front desk explaining our situation and was told ‘I don’t know what to tell you’. I insisted there had to be someone to help with this and she said ‘I guess you could call security’. I called security was transferred to hotel front desk and finally was allowed to speak to the hotel supervisor of whom had to get clearance from her supervisor. OMG! We should have taken our first response and packed up, asked for refund and went on down the road.

A lovely country setting nestled along the beautiful Colorado River Valley with acres of green hay fields. Beautiful beach & pool. A KOA campground you can walk from to Avi. Awesome golf Club, busy 1st class arcade for all ages. Outstanding restaurants & fun gaming. Avi is an Oasis in the Mohave. Across the river lays Fort Mohave AZ where you find great shopping for all your needs. Sunsets over Avi... Priceless

Decent place to stop for a night if you are traveling through. Also a decent place to camp if planning to off-road. About 20 min from the Laughlin strip. I did not visit Avi Casino but have hear mixed reviews on their cleanliness. Sounds like campers get access to the hotel pool and river beach which is pretty cool. My site was located near the street which sorta sucked but ok for the night. There is only 1 off leash dog area here and it’s in the very back of the park.

Very clean and well maintained campground. All hookups work perfectly. Would love to give it 5 stars but the laundry room with 10 machines that only 2 worked in. And the office that's open until 5 closed at 4, so not able to buy ice. It is close to the AVI Indian casino but the best casinos are on casino dr. In laughlin.

Stayed @ AVi 3 nights. Tried calling in few times during the day to make reservations, answering machine always pick up that they will return our call. Had to check in at the Hotel Sun about 7 pm. Made sure and told Billy that we might extend a couple of nights. He said computer picked us site 703. Extended another night, Angel told us that she has to move us to 705. Nobody was there Tuesday or Wednesday.. Why did she need to harass us like that? Besides not calling us back so we can make reservations.. Customer Service sucks.
