Aaron has been the most helpful and amazing person. He has gone over and beyond what’s asked of him. Aaron helped me set up the device. My father doesn’t like wearing the device around his neck and Aaron let me know he makes wrist bands for them. These wrist bands are perfect and there isn’t any sharp pieces to the wristband as he makes them his self and they are made out of material only. He also sends them out to their customers at no charge to them. Aaron is a super awesome neat gentleman. I can’t say enough about how amazing he is. Thank you Aaron for everything that you have done for us.

She went above and beyond to make sure the device was updating/working properly. She even stayed in contact the next day to keep me informed that the device was work on their end. Latitude's mobile alert was a godsend for our family. It allowed my father to remain at home after having a stroke. If he ever needed help, he was able to push the button to call us. It was very simple for him to understand. He initially had the watch band version and it was very comfortable for him to wear. He never had to remember to put it on because he left it on at all times. Thank you again to the VA and Latitude for providing this service to veterans!
